There was absolutely no warning about self parking being unavailable during our stay. It’s all under construction. There is nothing BUT construction surrounding the premises. The valet filled up so fast on our check in day I was forced to park at the Mriacle mile parking structure at the same price as the valet. And it was quite a walk to and from my car each time. Very inconvenient… the room itself was very nice however and it was structured like an apartment with a full kitchen. We were very pleased. The bad thing is most of the rooms are facing the construction site and the work begins quiet early in the morning. Thank God we brought a box fan to drown out the noise so it didn’t bother us. The staff was amazing , they let me keep my car and luggage with valet after check out so we could go see a show before we left. The renovated roof top pool is very relaxing as well. Over all good experience , it was just the self parking situation that threw it off for us , I wish we got a firm warning ahead of time.

Great for families. Convenient location to shops and casinos. The elevators was slow. If your brought your car or rental you’re forced to valet.

They had construction workers working all mornings of my stay. They would literally start at 5am. I got no sleep. The noise was unbearable. I almost went to complain for another room, but I didn’t want to be that person.

I didn’t like that there was construction on site and there was no parking nearby. Especially struggling with a toddler. But I did like that they had a balcony and it was spacious.

The hotel suite we had was exceptional! We had a full kitchen, living room and a small balcony. The hotel sent us an email once we booked about the construction that was happening around the area. We would definitely stay there again.

The construction going on around the property isn’t that bad but can get a little noisy sometimes, especially in the morning. That’s the only complaint! Overall very clean and super convenient. The rooms are a little outdated but nothing too bad. Would definitely stay here again next time I’m in Vegas!!

The ladies in the valet check up is very rude all the time! Some of the employees in the front desk have actitudes specially early in the morning! We had great experience with other staff members. We are planning on coming back next year again!

Was disappointed with the parking situation and that there was only one valet staff when we checked in. The day we checked out, there were four staff at the front desk, but they were all on the phone and had to wait awhile just to check out. I could see the frustration of the other guest behind us.

Kitchen facilities were great. Though this is a smoke-free resort, we had to change rooms due to the smell of smoke in our assigned room. Construction on the adjacent lot starts at 6am and was noisy.

This was by far my worst experience staying in Las Vegas. Loud, nearby construction began at 6 AM, and staff were unaccommodating. I have had generally pleasant and rewarding experiences at Hilton properties around the world, but I will never go back to Polo Tower.

The hallway leading to the lobby was closed at 10pm for waxing the floor. I was advised by staff to walk around outside of the building. When I questioned further, they told me I could go back up the elevator and walk around. When I checked in, the bellman did not offer to take the bags out of the car or assist. There is construction in front of the hotel and parking is limited. Lastly, the room was filthy when we checked in. It had not been dusted,

This was my first time staying at this hotel and it was very spacious with so many amenities. It was a great stay but it is near construction which made it harder to get to and from the strip. I would still come to visit especially when the construction is done.

Older property but clean and well priced. There is construction surrounding the entire property so walking to and from the strip through a construction zone is not great. Otherwise good location across Harmon Ave from Planet Hollywood/Miracle Mile shops. Units were dated but clean and well stocked.

The hotel and room were clean and satisfactory. The staff were nice. However, due to ongoing construction around the hotel, access was inconvenient and required a longer walk. The hotel's location is convenient, close to shopping centers. Additionally, the pool was enjoyable.

The only issue was the construction going on in the property. It made the place look messy and frankly unattractive. The hotel did offer discounts to surrounding events as a way to make up for the inconvenience of the construction but the hotel was nice and clean.

Tried selling us time shares on arrival …. Not interested. Maid service was ok. Once a week cleaning. Found Bell service uninterested in actually helping out. To get a taxi…. Scan a QR code. No one really interested in putting any effort into customer service. Dining room table was dirty with yuck still on the table. Handicap room was really not. Unable to get mechanical lift under the bed base. Shower had an attached shower plank that was user unfriendly. Needed to order a bath bench. One wheelchair room had pathetic water pressure available and needs correcting. One room personal safe had no batteries and was non functional upon arrival— was corrected. I was not aware of the amount of construction near the site and would not have booked if we had known in advance. Would not recommend. Find something else on the strip.

This hotel has seen better days and is in dire need of a refresh. There is construction all around the hotel, and the construction noise starts very early in the morning. My wife and I were woken up every morning of our 4-night stay, between 5:20 am and 7:00 am. According to the hotel staff, Las Vegas has no restrictions on how early work can begin, so this can be a major problem for guests who need to sleep late after a night of partying. On the positive side, the staff was very friendly and accommodating, and our room was clean.

I stayed at this hotel twice for a total of 14 days. I recommend the hotel. I appreciate the amenities and excellent location within walking distance of the Las Vegas strip. There is a lot of construction around this hotel so there’s additional walking due to the construction and parking is difficult. However, this is not the hotel’s fault. There is a Target and Walgreens in close proximity of the hotel. I would stay here again
