You may notice that our price may be a few dollars more than other apartments in the building, but it'll be worth it. We found this wonderful condo in Lake Las Vegas while we were looking to explore the area of Henderson and Green Valley. The listing was exactly as advertised…clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. The condo as quiet and the bed was extremely comfortable. The view was also fantastic and we woke up to a beautiful sunrise each day. There were walking trails nearby as well as restaurants and bars, and it was only a short 10 minute drive to Henderson proper. The communication with ownership was very easy, and the owners were very helpful. We have to say that the Lake Las Vegas area definitely grew on us as a possible area to reside in the future. We will definitely be back to enjoy this area again. ##### Linda L.
