Our guests are invited to enjoy complimentary access to the pool, fitness center, free self-parking, as well as the amenities at the neighboring Palms Hotel and Casino. Parking, Cable & WIFI are included in the reservation.
Spacious studio condominium located at Palms Place near the Las Vegas Strip. An exclusive unit for you to enjoy the amazing Strip view at the comfort of a luxurious studio. Relax in the sitting area and browse through cable channels on the two 42 inch flat-panel televisions. Perfect for couples or a group of 4 as it features a king-sized bed with an extra sleeper-sofa. Space comes with a conducive workspace highly fit for working travelers. To top it all - pamper yourself in a full bathroom with a jacuzzi-style bathtub!
Stainless steel appliances, marble finishes & designer fixtures - luxury living at its finest. Get the comforts of home while relaxing on your vacation. The place comes with a kitchen, stovetop, microwave oven, cookware, sink w/disposal, dishwasher, and dining area.
Enjoy the outside and explore Las Vegas or simply lounge inside the comforts of this space. Guests are welcome to complimentary access at the boutique pool, cabanas, and fitness center as well as the guest amenities at the Palms Hotel and Casino right next door. Parking, cable & WiFi are included.
You\`ll have access to the entire condo as well as the pool, fitness center, and guest amenities at the neighboring Palms Hotel & Casino. Free self-parking Cable TV, and WIFI. Valet Parking and Bell Desk services are currently not offered in the hotel. Access to the balcony has been restricted until further notice for security reasons.
Check-in will be facilitated through the entrance kiosk. We are available through email, phone, or Airbnb messenger if you ever have any questions.

#### Long Weekend in Vegas getaway
We had a great time. Property is exactly as specified and this is my second stay. Love the convenience and parking of the Palms Place with the direct to the Palms casino and all it has to offer. The small kitchenette is perfect for stocking up on snacks and happy hours while watching football on 2 large TVs. Will def be back.

#### Beware of this Host
I booked his room and paid. He accepted my payment. He then added another off site regulation. He wanted me to pay another $500 deposit and go through a 2nd verification process exposing my credit card information to a 3rd party site. I cancelled and he would not accept it. Moved the goal posts. A scam as far as I am concerned because he ACCEPTED my payment beforehand. VRBO was no help. This type of business practice has no business on VRBO or any other rental site. I never stayed there but was charged for it.

#### Comfortable Space
We really enjoyed the comfy bed and pillows. The view is spectacular! There were some small things that were sent to management to address to make this unit the best choice at Palms. Fair warning to groups traveling during pandemic. The valet is closed and parking is not close to the building. If you are older have any kind of back or knee issues you will probably let want to choose somewhere you won’t have to walk a long way.
