You won't have to do anything, as our team will handle everything. Cleanliness is one of our top priorities. Other things to note • PET POLICY. Prior approval is required for pets, and additional fees will apply. The fee is $275 for up to 2 pets. If more than 2 pets are approved, there is an additional charge of $50 per pet. • QUITE HOURS are 10 PM TO 8 AM MONDAY THRU FRIDAY and 10 PM TO 10 AM ON SATURDAY AND SUNDAY. • NO SMOKING INSIDE. The neighbor takes up all the parking with his boat, and truck in front of the house, so if you have a boat to bring to Lake Mead, just know you will have to park on the side street. This is a clear 5 star house. We have stayed in numerous temporary housing locations and this was one of the cleanest. I would recommend this house for pretty much anyone. Pros: Really big back yard. Nice sized master bedroom with an enormous closet. Nice beds. Nice furniture. Really well stocked kitchen. Park within walking distance. Perfect place if you want to take an off roading vehicle out to play. Won't even need to trailer. Really quiet neighborhood. 4 bedrooms in a one story house was really awesome. Cons: There is no hot tub, despite one being listed. We were not told before we checked in and we were very disappointed. The neighbor had a massive boat parked with his truck right in front of the house, nothing the owners could do but it was a pain to park and unload with this right in front of the house. The same neighbors also chain smoked pretty much day and night and we could smell it in the house when we opened up the door to enjoy the patio. Again, nothing the owners can do but something to consider if you are sensitive to cigarette smoke. ##### Blair W. Nice large house and kept very clean. Location is close to Lake Mead, which we liked. The only thing that was more a nuisance was the air would go up at night when the temperatures were still well over 90 degrees outside. The owner was very responsive in changing the settings on the thermostat. When the A/C was on, the master bedroom and living room cooled down nicely but the back 3 bedrooms were still quite warm as their was not much air flow to those rooms. Overall, we would stay at this residence again but not during the hottest days of summer due to the A/C. ##### Diane P. Perfect for a nice family gathering. Easy in and out. The only bummer was that the Hot Tub would not heat water. Wished that was checked before we showed up since that was one of the main reasons we chose this property over others. They did come a few times to try and fix it but wasn't able to in the 4 nights that we were there. Otherwise, very nice house. ##### Voyageur vérifié
