Quiet hours 10PM. 2500 SQFT house No heating for pool or spa House is kept extremely clean and well stocked Keyless entry There is the main home which consists of the first master bedroom (queen bed), three smaller bedrooms (queen bed in each), a living room (with a 86-inch tv and Mrs. Pacman arcade game) (Nintendo Switch with 4 controllers, Lets Sing 2025, Mario Kart 8 Deluxe, Super Smash Bros, Super Mario Party, Paper Mario, Super Mario Bros U Deluxe, and Overcooked!2), a laundry room, and a fully stocked kitchen. There is one full bath with a tub in the master bedroom. And a full bathroom with a shower for the other three bedrooms. There is a small desk with a chair in the master bedroom. The attached casita consists of a combo living room/kitchen area (with a 50-inch tv) and a staircase that leads to the second large master bedroom (with a 60-inch tv). The casita is connected to the main house, has its own entrance, backyard access, and can be locked to the rest of the house for extra privacy if wanted. There is one full bathroom with a tub in the upstairs second master bedroom. There is a desk and chair in the living room/kitchen. Also, there is a 7-foot dining table in the living room/kitchen which converts to a ping pong table and a pool table. Large backyard has great patio furniture, large day bed, propane BBQ, putting green, large pebble tech pool, pool basketball hoop/ball, and a dining table 500mbps blazing fast Wi-Fi All the TVs have Roku and are subscribed to YouTube TV (85+ live channels) and Hulu ad supported streaming The house has two sets of washers and dryers, and two dining tables. We traveled to Las Vegas for a basketball tournament at the Convention Center and this home was the perfect fit for us! It is a 5-15 minute drive to most places (the Strip, Convention Center, Chinatown, malls, stores, etc.) and the neighborhood was quiet. The house is spacious, with everything we needed available. The boys loved the pool! Amos was so very helpful and responsive. We really enjoyed staying at his house, and if we are back next year, hope his house will be available again. ##### Kelsey B. Two bathtub showers are slippery. A rubber mat would solve the issue. Lots of space, 2 refrigerators, two washer/dryers, and a nice outdoor area and pool. Smoking ok outside. Overall a great fit for us and close to many restaurants. ##### William M. We knew the hot tub wasnt working but we mainly came to play golf in the local area. Host was very accessible and easy to deal with. Check in was flawless. Check out was easy.
