When needing a reasonable room rate when arriving at midnight, due to a late flight, we stumbled across this Gem! The suite was just a short walk to a cute downtown area with restaurants, cafés and shops. The Hoover Dam is also a short drive away. We stayed here to be close to the Vegas airport as we had an early flight back to Canada. The location was perfect. Just 20 mins to the Hoover damn and less than 30 minutes to the airport.
