Do not stay here as the owners won’t acknowledge they exist and won’t fix the issue. Upon notification of the fleas found, the management team offered to send a cleaner…. a cleaner would not solve the flea infestation. A cleaner never showed but they did send an “inspector” for which they will not provide the credentials. The “inspector” said they were ants. I’m pretty sure anyone could identify a flea vs an ant!! Absolutely ridiculous. Nonetheless, the management team did not acknowledge our very valid concerns and was unwilling to accept our equitable offer to pay for the night we stayed then refund the following nights. Janie and Travis Schurr clearly only care about their bottom line and don’t care about guest experience. I wish I could attach photos of the fleas and flea bites my mom has endured.
