Welcome to your perfect desert getaway! This two-story luxury home is ideal for family weekends or business trips, featuring an open layout and a large backyard with a sparkling pool, playground, putt-putt, and badminton. Inside, enjoy billiards, ping pong, and football.  
  
This home is a perfect balance between of work and play! You'll find everything you need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

This home is in a quiet residential neighborhood.  
  
If you aren't driving, then Uber would be the best bet. It's pretty reasonably priced to get anywhere on the Strip.  
  
The pool can be heated upon request. Because of high gas usage, there is a $100 / day and $600 / week charge to heat the pool. Must request 24 hours ahead of time.   
  
\*\*\*Do not touch pool equipment for any reason! No Parties or Events without any exception. We will know. We have noise monitoring devices on the outside of the property.   
  
No Smoking inside the property or you will be fined $500 for cleaning fees.   
  
This house is in a residential area. Quiet Hours are after 10PM. We will give you a warning if it's passed the acceptable decibel levels after 10PM. Then you will be fined $250 for the next violation. If you continue to break the rules, we will be forced to cancel your reservation without any refund.
