Relax with family or friends at this cozy 1530 sf, one story, 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom house in a peaceful neighborhood. The house is located very close to Fwy 95, and it’s about 10min to the strip and 20min to the airport. Shopping centers and grocery stores are at walking distance. You can also enjoy some grilling on a neat and fully paved backyard. Garage was converted into a game room, therefore cars park in the front driveway with plenty of space.
