The service was excellent. It's just a few minutes' walk from the hustle and bustle of Vegas but offers the tranquility of a great resort. We felt very safe there. The complex itself was a bit difficult to find as it is NOT at the Flamingo itself, but next to it. Room itself was as described with a kitchenette, shower and bed. Even though this unit is fairly up high on the 11th floor, you can still hear the "vibrations" from the pool music below from the Flamingo hotel's pool, which is 9-6. ##### Christina L. As others have said, if you don't like hearing music all day, this place is not for you. The only thing I would like improved is the housekeeping. I am pretty sure they only came into our room 1 day out of the 5 nights we were there because our bed was only made 1 time, and it was the same sheets. There was only one small garbage can in the bathroom. We only got more towels/wash clothes when we called for them to be delivered.
