We start heating it 1-2 days before you arrive. The pool is heated for all of your stay and we don’t turn it off and on. It is important the cover is kept on the pool when it is not in use or you will be charged extra fees. \-Spa heating is free, but please turn it off when not in use. It only takes it about 15 minutes to heat up. \- \*\*Pool Cover:\*\* This is only there when the pool is being heated. Pictures don’t do it justice. Not to mention with the pool/hot tub and the pool table, our family was always laughing and having fun. This is the perfect house for all ages. The only thing that was kinda a bummer (no fault to the Home owner) was quiet time because of city ordinance. Because of that we had to get out of the pool at 10pm. But honestly, I couldn’t have rented from a better person. She was always willing to accommodate and try to make the stay as best as possible!!! Our other favorite thing about this house is that it has a kitchen with all kinds of cookware. So we weren’t forced to eat out every night. I would gladly stay here again!!! ##### Pauline S. Cindy was very easy to contact and very accommodating. The bedrooms were good size. The four kids loved the kids bedroom. There were 8 of us and there was plenty of room for all. The location was perfect, central to many great spots in Henderson, making it easy to explore and enjoy the area.The home itself was spacious and well-equipped. We loved the pool table—it got a ton of use during our stay! The TVs throughout the house were a great touch, especially since we spent a good amount of time relaxing indoors. The rooms were large and comfortable, giving everyone plenty of space to unwind.While the pool and spa weren’t heating, it honestly didn’t affect our stay at all—we still had an amazing time.Overall, we had an absolute blast and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great stay in Henderson. The pool is charged daily even if you only want it for a day which was not advertised up front only after booking and not till the week before so too late to cancel. We were going to be happy with hot tub use, but took hours to warm up and property contact would turn it off when we left it on awaiting it to be warm. We only were able to use it one day and she was so worried about electric bill never tried again. A positive was the spices and kitchen set up. But if you are there for pool use/hot tub don't bother. We should have gotten a hotel for the cost and limitations. She explained local rules on pool hot tub use after 9pm and before 10am but honestly the neighbor dogs were more of an issue then we would have ever been. I have great kids and stressed out the whole day we tried to make the hot tub thing happen due to the time it took her to warm up. ##### karyn t. The host offered us an early checkin and late check out for no extra cost. There was a case of cold waters in the refrigerator upon arrival and a basket of snacks. The house was exactly as described. Great location, there is so much near by. The house had everything you could need. AC worked great in the hot summer heat. The pool was great and was clean. Host was very accomodating and friendly. The only two downfalls was the bed in the middle room was very noisy when moving and you could feel the springs. All the other beds were great and comfortable. Not much you can do about a neighbors dog but the neighbors dog was outside yapping all day long and all week. Overall, we give this property and host a 5 star rating.
