• $55 PER NIGHT RESORT FEE IS DUE TO HOST BEFORE CHECK IN  
• A check-in fee will be collected upon checkout: $95 for Studio units.  
• A refundable incidental deposit of $100 USD per night, up to a maximum of $500 USD, may be required at check-in (subject to change without prior notice). Only credit or debit cards are accepted.  
• Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the unit.  
• Pets are not permitted.  
• Parties and events are strictly prohibited.
