With 1 king bed, 1 futon, and 2 queen beds, guests will have plenty of space to unwind. The 2 bathrooms come equipped with a bathtub, bidet, and hair dryer for added convenience. In the additional living space, there's a sofa bed, futon, and child sofa-bed for extra sleeping arrangements. 2 story house 2,600 sq ft. 3 car garage. The house has powerful Internet and three Smart TVs. All of the Smart TVs are with no cameras connected. Great pool with SPA. Heated pool per request/fee may apply. Please let me know 24 hrs before arriving if you want to get the pool heated. Please check the House rules to see the pool heating fees. Guests swim in the pool at their own risk. Children should be monitored at all times by an adult. The first 4 hours of SPA (jacuzzi) heating are free. Then $75.00 daily. The property is equipped with 6 security video cameras. 1st camera is monitoring the right side of the house, with air conditioning equipment. The 2nd camera is monitoring the left side of the house. 3rd camera is for the driveway, and 4th camera is for the front door. And the two cameras are surveilling the backyard. We loved the pool and all the amenities offered. The only thing we got confused on was the hot tub wasn’t hot. We knew there was a charge to warm the pool but after fully seeing the space it made sense that in order to have the hot tub hot it also warms the pool. Rueben answered all of our questions and responded right away. We will definitely stay here again when we come back.
