The master bedroom has a super comfy king bed, the second room has a queen, and the third has a twin bed with a pull-out twin. You’ve got 2 bathrooms (one’s an ensuite!), a pool, a Jacuzzi (not heated), and some fun outdoor games like pool basketball and cornhole. Relax by the outdoor BBQ near the pool and you’re just 7 minutes from the Strip and 5 minutes from the airport. Everything you need for an amazing Vegas trip! No Outside Visitors: Please note that only the guests listed on the reservation are permitted to access the property. Visitors or additional guests are not allowed, even for short visits. You may be asked to leave with no refund. 4\. No additional guests are allowed in the home past the indicated number on your booking confirmation. This rule is to prevent large gatherings & parties and be fair to guests who do pay the extra fees. Third party bookings are not allowed. 5\. The property must be maintained in good condition with no excessive mess. Extra cleaning costs may apply if necessary so we can effectively prepare for next guests. 6\. Please note check-out time is by 11am. We can often accommodate late check-outs if we know in advance, but last minute changes may result in $25 charge per each additional half hour stayed. 7\. All bookings require the ID of the individual booking and the disclosure of the full names of all guests. 8\. This home is reserved exclusively for registered guests only. For everyone\`s safety and to comply with insurance and community regulations, no unregistered or outside guests are allowed at any time during your stay.
