So disappointed
Hi coming in to the home it smelled very bad there is no lights n front room kitchen has dirty dishes put away also no dish soap to clean them. bathroom omg was unexplainable, sink only hot water works can’t turn on cold water at all toilet only flush 7 min in between don’t have to go back to back. The tub literally was stop up dirty warty coming up I had To plunge and remove a massive amount of nasty hair last but definitely not least the place has ROACHES

It is very good location but the apartment is not very nice, it was not clean and the towels they offer look very ugly in appearance, the kitchen is very poorly equipped I did not like that they do not have to offer you a coffee, there was no soap for the treats the truth left a lot to be desired for others for the price we expected something better.

It was nice
It wasn't as kept up as I would have like however we made do and it was comfortable overall I was able to create a family Thanksgiving dinner and dinner's beyond it's nice having a washer and dryer indoors at your convenience so I would definitely rent this place again it's just minor things that needed to be repaired and the yard needed to be up kept other than that it's a very nice property to rent.

A/C broken in 114 degree weather
Worst vacation every, my elderly mother and granddaughter had to endure 98 degee inside rental while outside temp was 114. I was only refunded 50 off first two nights temp never got below 86, the rest of the nights i was charged full price, although the temp never got below 78 after repairs and broken fans provided....not cool! I will never rent a vacation rental using this app again.

Difference from add to stay
We had looked at listing a few days befor actually booking properties. It was listed as a 3 bedroom and 2 bathroom pictures included. So we saved it then went in and booked. This was my 1st time ever using VRBO or any booking site so I didn't know what to expect. We came from N.M to Nevada driving it took around 10 hours with the family and all the pit stops. I had received 1st email about property rule but no door code. So as we're driving I realized we get there later so around 7pm N.M time we called and asked for the door code. Although we didn't get there till 11:30 pm upon arrival we realized it was only a 2 bedroom 1 bath but didn't know what to do since we had "checked in" when I called for the door code. So we made the best of it. But a few things that we noticed was bathroom sink only one side of faucet worked so no hot water. The oven door hanled in the stove was broke. And one of the dinner room chair was also. So in the future we will definitely do our part to check in when we get there incase there's any problems again we cab cancel immediately
