That property was beautiful. And perfect for our stay. We had everything needed. However, the communication regarding rhe A/C, Heater system was an obstacle. The owner had the code to turn the a/c or heater either on or off. So I had to text him in order for him to turn it off or on. At times it was cold in the middle of the night, and it just didnt work for me. I hope in the future the owner sets up the A/c heater system so the client can use it fully independently of his assistance. Other than that, everything was great.

The online photos and information presented are not an accurate reflection of the property.

We experienced loud partying from the neighbors 2 of the 3 nights we were there and awoke to someone being arrested out front the townhome the third morning. He was hancuffed. The cop car blocked us from leaving the parking space.

Small yet just right for our needs

Posted 17-Mar-2018 on HomeAway
Three of us stayed for two nights. The bedrooms and other areas of the town home were perfect. Since it's located in a cul-de-sac, it was pretty quite. We walked to the Thomas and Mack arena for the basketball tourney. With Einsteins Bagels, Coffee Bean, Starbucks, In and Out, and Smashburger all within a few blocks, access to food was plentiful. Once up on the main street, behind the UNLV campus, it's not the prettiest, but we were fine. A quick Uber ride gets you to the Pinball H of F, the Hard Rock Casino, and to the Strip. We found access to the house was easy and that James was always accessible. Only recommendation would be to get new bath towels. The ones we used were clean, just old. I would certainly stay here again, without hesitation.

Very comfortable, updated apt in quiet neighborhood. Well worth the savings vs on strip hotels

Posted 11-Mar-2018 on HomeAway
Was in town for a convention with two other colleagues. Excellent, fully updated apt in a quiet residential area with 3 bedrooms and 2 baths and a car port. Secluded sitting area outside with BBQ which we did not use. Great for a family trip as well. Strongly advise against putting a kid on the upper bunk of the bunk bed in one of the bedrooms. Ceiling fan right above it could result in a very bad accident! Each of us had a comfortable bed and one pair had to share a shower. My bed was a Westin Heavenly mattress!! About 3 miles from Sands expo right across UNLV. The approach to the apt looks a bit shabby and Uber maps always sends the driver to the parallel street which is not quite as appealing. But once you get to the right street and enter the apt, very nice! Convenient Albertson's about a mile away and bagel shop a few mins walking distance. Couple of negatives: The advertised check in time is indeed 5pm. I was advised to call in a day before and was informed that the apt would likely be available the morning since the prior guests were leaving the prior day. We allowed for more time and arrived at 2pm only to be told the cleaners had not yet started. Had to hang around the bagel shop for 2 hours and were then told it would be 6pm. Being right across UNLV, this apt is likely rented out on weekends for parties. So, if you arrive on Monday, be prepared to go past 5pm to check in. Having said that, the cleaner did a FANTASTIC job! You can tell that he probably works at one of the strip hotels with the artistic towel, napkin folding etc. All in all, pleasant, quiet, comfortable stay and well worth the savings over the strip hotels.

Spacious for 6 ladies!!

Posted 7-Jun-2017 on HomeAway
This home was very spacious to hold my friends and I. I also informed the owner about a few things I noticed in the condo and sent him pictures. The closet doors were off track and just leaning against the walls. One of the kitchen blinds fell down when we threw away our trash but it was something easily fixed by the owner. Only thing I recommend for the future would to have a full length mirror. Six ladies getting ready for an evening on the strip was challenging without a full body mirror. Overall I would recommend staying here.

Perfect for our Family - Loved It!

Posted 2-Jun-2017 on HomeAway
The property was just as described and pictured. Very clean and in a quiet area, just minutes from the Strip. We stayed here this past week while attending a convention at the MGM Grand. We decided to make a vacation out of it and bring the kids...ages 4 and 9 (both boys). Part of the reason we chose this property was because of the 3 bedrooms which allows us each to have our own space. However, the kids couldn't get past the bunk beds and slept in that room together all week and had a blast. We also used the pool a couple times during our stay, which was basic but great for our needs. The boys loved it the time spent there. Overall, great experience and a great property. Oh...and the beds are super comfy!
