Stay was good. Property is great. Had a hiccup at check-in but got it situated. Property owner was good to interract with regarding the hiccup. We will definitely stay here again.

The communication was great and maintenance was wonderful and prompt. Two issues we has was the far end bathroom ended up being clogged and unusable for 18hrs. The second issue was the roof was in process of being repaired and had a tarp over the area. Well when a strong wind storm came through ended up tossing the large rocks holding the tarp on the roof over the edge and at one moment within 3’ of hitting one of the guests.

House was great plenty of space for everyone. We had 53 teenagers and two adult adults. Pool table in the card table was nice. Pool was awesome. Nothing against the house or the owner, but be advised the neighbor of the house in while close to the strip is a little bit of a sketchy neighborhood.

Neighborhood is run down/sketchy. Water temperature regulation was erratic and hot water limited. No kleenex in any bathroom. Very limited hooks to hang anything in the bathrooms. Not enough washcloths. Ice maker broken. Sliding glass doors very heavy and hard to move..Hand soap too limited. Overall, not well stocked for toiletries.

#### Great Location and Home

It was a beautiful home for entertainment and relaxing. It was a great choice for everyone to have their own space and yet the large living room, kitchen and dinning room made it a great gathering space. This house had the NFL channel which was a plus for the men while the women had girl time. Just minutes from the strip, this house is a must if you want Vegas Nights & daytime relaxing.

#### Mini Reunion

Our group of 7 had a nice time in this old time home with upgraded amenities. The beds were comfortable and there was ample space for gathering. The layout of the backyard has been altered from the time photos were taken. New astroturf and location of the hot tub is a nice touch. Some of the furniture displayed wear and tear. Management was responsive to our requests and explained the hot tub was usable although there was a part on order. Be aware this property is under City ordinances that restrict STR. Read all House Rules and Important Information. Again, our group enjoyed this Vintage Vegas Unique home!

#### Great little party pad

This was great for a group of 16-17 year old baseball players and family for a long baseball tournament. There was plenty to do in the house after games before heading out each night. I little pool action after games. Some mini gold and corn hold, A little pool table and gambling before heading out each night for dinner. Then Hot tub to work out the muscles every night. The description does not do it justice, there is a bedroom and bathroom in every room. Kitchen is stocked for quick morning breakfast before games. Neighborhood around looked a little sketchy as we headed to that side of town. Neighborhood itself was actually pretty cute and the neighbors were kind. We would for sure rent again !!! Thank you for a fun weekend together !!!

Overall the property was great. Wish there were blankets for the beds as its wintertime but we turned the heater up and were fine. The drain in one of the bathrooms was broken and someone came out very quickly to fix it. Great house for families.

#### Great Property

This was a great property, very unique and vintage as touted in the listing!! And a great location for the strip, Fremont and the Las Vegas Convention Center. We had 5 of us there for a conference and we all had our own rooms, and still had lots of space to mill about, share meals, and play a little corn hole in the back yard! We did have a problem with an appliance, but the property manager was on it as soon as we reached out, and actually sent a whole new appliance. That was a little unexpected, but thoroughly appreciated. Don't hesitate to rent this property for your group, it was pretty cool!!

#### Unexpected!

After checking in I was welcomed with a welcome binder of all the house rules and location. A lot of things were not disclosed prior to booking or I would not have booked. 1) every door is equipped l with and alarm system. This alarm is triggered every time you open the door if you don’t press the button. 2) The pool and spa has hours of operation 9am to 10pm only. 3) the shower heads have only 1 setting that’s misses your whole body, this is very annoying! 4) we couldn’t really enjoy our stay with out the fear of being evicted!. I wouldn’t book again to many rules and threats.

#### Relaxing stay-cation

The kids and I had a good time relaxing by the pool! There’s so many rooms we were able to play hide and go seek. It’s a bit dusty or could be the season so I recommend getting allergy medicine. Other than that it was clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again over the summer!

The house was exactly as the picture shows. It looks like it is a house built in the 60s that has been rehabbed. The neighborhood is a little suspect and the neighbor is very inconsiderate. They obviously have a big dog and they let it out at 4:30 in the morning and let it bark for over a hour before bringing it in. The beds were comfortable, pillows, nice towels etc. However we would not return simply because of the location and neighborhood. Not much around to eat but the one issue we had they were very prompt to respond. So if your looking for a decent home with comfortable amenities this is not a bad place

Stayed here with my family to celebrate my wife’s birthday. Everyone had a great time and they all commented on the beautiful house. My granddaughter didn’t want to leave. Would definitely recommend the home and would stay again.
