#### Amazing property! Great host!

This property was amazing. The back yard is huge and the pool was clean and ready for us to use everyday. Went with my friends for a Bach party and this was our first time staying off the strip and we will be doing this again every time. You get the convenience of the strip and the privacy and all other features of a private residence. Host was kind, communicated effectively and catered to our needs. Highly recommend this property!

#### Great Las Vegas Home

This was a great home for my family and I. The pictures in the listing are exactly as the house is inside and in the backyard. The backyard was amazing as well as the house. It had many beds to accommodate our large group. The house was very clean and was nicely remodeled inside. The master bedroom had a gigantic shower that was exceptional with black stone on the walls and floor. The outside was exceptional. It had a basketball court as well as a large pool and also a nice barbecue. We barbecued and had a fantastic day. The check in process was very easy and the owner of the property communicated well with me. I was able to get in the house no problem. Also, there is quite a bit of parking to accommodate our large group. Couldn't have been happier with my stay .

#### Photos are deceiving

In the listing it states NOT a party house, when in fact it’s exactly that. The furniture is dirty and scruffy and NOT like photos. There is not enough seating comfort seating for amount of bedrooms. The beds are definitely not luxury as stated and actually falling apart. The bed linen was clean but the cheapest possible options and I won’t mention the pillows feel free to be that judge! We had a cockroach in a bedroom but once killed we saw no more, and something to consider which I missed on booking…. This property sleeps 7 easy but the master has one bath leaving only one bath for 6+ people, this is a nightmare plus we ran out of hot water. The property does state 2 bath so I missed this but definitely needs to be considered.

#### Big place, pet friendly

It is super hard to find a nice pet friendly place in Vegas. I love how big the yard was for my dog to run around. There was a little playground for my little one to play with too. Came in October and it was too cold to swim but the pool did not look too bad. Property was super big so it was comfy. I wish the place was a bit cleaner. The bathrooms did not seem as clean but everywhere else was good! Would recommend. Might stay again.

This was our first stay at a VRBO listing and i highly recommend this listing and others that this host has to offer, there are many choices out there and i do believe we got what we were looking for. Odelya and her staff was extremely upfront and honest with us from the first email, until we left the house. Just like the listing, the pictures and house rules it was exactly as it read. Although it slept 14 people we only had 8 stayin for the week. So looking forward to our nwxt stay.

I don’t know where to start but first the house amazing! New and design very good! The back yard insane and the pool so big that we can have 40 peoples without to feel no one! #### Family Vacation

This property was exactly as advertised. And we got what we paid for. Pros: property manager was very responsive. She responded promptly to my messages with no delay and offered an early check in for a fee. We were a part of 8 with small children, teens, and my elderly parents. There was ample space for everyone without feeling crowded. The basketball court was a nice addition. Cons: there was not enough seating for everyone. The couch was small and only sat 3 small people. All of the furniture and dining chairs in the home was uncomfortable. The dishwasher and garbage disposal did not work. As soon as I walked in the house I could smell the stench of old food/garbage from the sink/dishwasher. The entire place was not cleaned well and the bathrooms were gross. We cleaned prior to using the bathroom and still used shower shoes in the shower. The washer had mold in it. The pool was freezing and had sticks and debris in it so we didn’t use that. There was not enough wash clothes and towels so we had to go out and purchase the items. I’m not from the area but the neighborhood didn’t seem too safe so we were constantly checking doors at night since the gates were almost ready to fall over and had holes in them. One gate wouldn’t even stay closed because the wind kept pushing it open. Long story short we won’t stay here again.

This home was PERFECT for our large group. The rooms are so spacious and the shower in the master suite is heaven sent! The backyard space was great for keeping everyone entertained! #### An Amazing Property but an Even Better Host!

My Fiancé & I booked with Odelya for our joint bachelor/ette party. We had a huge group (16 guests) & the house fit all of us perfectly. We all had rooms/beds. All of the appliances were updated & the home was stunning. The backyard is an oasis and the living room was big enough to accommodate us all. We spent most of our time at the property & it was an absolute blast! Our host was very sweet & quick to respond to any questions or concerns we had. He is very good at keeping in touch but not being overbearing. We felt comfortable as if it was our own home & will definitely be coming back to use him again as our host. :) 11/10 recommend!!!

#### racks falling off wall pool murky beds uncomftorable and sqeaky

owner didnt answer after I arrived check in was suppose to be at 4:00 pm did not get access to home till 4:30 my father almost fell in the master shower after he reached over to gain his balance and the towel rack that was in there was not properly installed and came off the wall. pool was dirty and murky. bed where squeaky and uncomftorable considering all the money I shelled out you would expect a better experience.

#### Roomy and great location!

Our family had a large group and there was plenty of room for us. Location is very convenient. Close to the strip and plenty of stores/restaurants around. We stayed for 2 nights and was able to use the pool throughout the day and night. Thank goodness for the AC as it was very hot over the weekend. The kitchen has plenty of pots/pans/utensils if you plan on cooking. Odelya is a wonderful host and we enjoyed our stay over the 4th of July weekend.

#### Perfect spot to stay right off the strip

Stayed in this house with 7 others and it was awesome! Location was great 5 minutes from the strip. House was clean when we arrived and had more than enough room for all of us to sleep comfortably. Back yard is amazing with the pool and basketball court. Would definitely recommend this location.

Check in is late 4pm. Cleaners were there til 5pm, so had a later check-in. Felt like cleaning of place was rushed/incomplete. Pool was a bit dirty. Place wasn't all as advertised. On a good note, owner was fast in resolving issues/communication. Place is spacious. For price, would probably look elsewhere.

This house was perfect for my family and I. There was so much space for everyone to enjoy and relax. The backyard was bigger than I thought and it gave the kids a place to run around and wear themselves out. Odelya is a fast and efficient communicator in regards to booking, fees and questions pertaining to the house. There was also some things that needed to be replaced and repaired and he Immediately sent some one out to fixed the issues. I would definitely recommended booking this house especially if you have little ones with full of energy. My Christmas and birthday turned out great! Thanks Odelya for your awesome hospitality!
