Hôtel très bien
L'hôtel est très bien. Les chambres sont spacieuses et propres. Le Wifi fonctionne très bien. L'hôtel n'est pas au cœur de Las Vegas. Par conséquent, une voiture est nécessaire pour se rendre dans cet hôtel.

Bon hôtel mais dur a trouver
Tout était très bien , l'accueil, la propreté, la literie, la piscine ( toujours vide car les touristes sont toute la journée sur le "strip" de Las Vegas. ) Le seul petit bémol - il est un peu loin du centre ville ( meme en voiture ) et pas facile a trouver. Le chauffeur de taxi a du appeler sa centrale, car il ne connaissait pas la rue et notre GPS américain refusait obstinément de nous l'indiquer. En fait, il est situe a cote de la base militaire Nellis Air Force Base, tout au nord de Vegas. Donc autour il n'y a rien. Mais quand on ne vient pas pour les casinos cela n'est pas un problème. Le petit déjeuner est typiquement américain - insipide, mais c'est partout pareil et on s'y habitue.

Nous avons passe 3 nuits et nous avons apprécié l'accueil ( personnel très serviable et aimable) , ainsi que la propreté et le confort de cet hôtel peu cher à recommander à condition d'avoir un véhicule.

I would give this property 4 stars except for how beat up it is. It doesn't meet my expectations of a Holiday Inn Express. The walls, doors, corner moldings etc. are marred and dinged up. Our rooms sink faucet was corroded and leaked across the counter and onto the floor. The grounds were not well kept. On the plus side, the inside was very clean. The staff was very good. The breakfast was the best I've had at a Holiday Inn Express. The carpets were new and in great shape. Another plus is that because of the sketchy neighborhood, they have full time security patrolling the grounds.

The lovely staff made up for the dated property. The Air Force Base is literally across the street and it was amazing to watch all of the fighter jets do their training. I would stay here again just for the personal airshow outside our window. The beds were comfy and was super convenient.

Holiday Inn needs to upgrade this facility. The military and families that come to visit here deserve better. It is so old, the don’t have ANY current phone or device jacks, still use bar soap and individual shampoo/conditioner and the carpets in the room were disgustingly stained. Staff was awesome!

This hotel is very outdated, the AC quit working in the middle of the night. This hotel needs to be remodeled.

This property needs a major make over, the bathroom floors are all cracked and broken. The shower faucet could not be shutdown. The carpets were dirty and debris all over. Elevators were dirty with debris. For $179 they charged this was a total rip off, disappointed that HolidayInn allows them to exist. Employees were nice and courteous perhaps the only good thing.

Street Outlaws 2023
We came from California for Street Outlaws. Jeremy was outstanding on helping us w/everything. Great room, restaurant suggestions, fresh cookies, very helpful general information. Jordan I think worked next day & helped w/trying to print a couple things. Uber information ect. Breakfast everyday was very good. Rooms were very clean & bed was very comfortable.

Stay was decent, did not feel too safe. Multiple persons outside sitting in vehicles, additionally, staff kept announcing room number out loud after asked not to. Would recommend any other hotel in the local are.

The first room we had the bathtub faucet leaked and they instantly moved us and apologized. They were baking cookies too. The breakfast was plentiful and well stocked.

This hotels costumer service IS AWFUL
This was an AWFUL experience. Our flight got delayed so we showed up at 3:00 AM to check in and they refused us. They said check out ended at 1:00 and we needed to rebook our hotel and that we lost our money. We were traveling with a 5 month old. They literally wouldn’t let us stay in the room we booked when it was already prepaid. They wouldn’t give us a refund and told us we needed to pay the current fair again if we wanted to stay there. I’m so angry. If we booked and paid for a room, how can they just cancel us like that without compensation and tell us we can’t check in. It was literally out of our control.

They had an entrance door locked. Customer could only exit through it. Stayed last year in August the pool was down, but the door was unlocked for entrance.
