The fully equipped kitchen includes everything you need plus a water bottle dispenser. The villa also offers Starlink Wi-Fi and an inverter system that powers the home during outages (excluding ACs), making it ideal for remote work or content creation. Outside, enjoy a private pool with lounging chairs, and upstairs, a spacious rooftop terrace with a comfortable seating area to unwind and soak up the tropical vibe. The property is in a peaceful and secure neighborhood while still being walkable to Playa Ballenas and close to restaurants, shops, and nightlife. This villa blends modern style, comfort, and convenience to create the perfect Las Terrenas getaway! Guests can choose in-person check-in, where we’ll welcome you, show you around the villa, and answer any questions, or self-check-in for a more private and convenient arrival. We’re available throughout your stay if you need assistance but always respect your privacy • The villa has an inverter system that powers the home during outages (except for AC units). • The neighborhood is secure and peaceful, yet within walking distance to Playa Ballenas, shops, and restaurants. • We offer flexible check-in: in-person or self-check-in, whichever you prefer. • Please note that AC units are available in all bedrooms and the living room for your comfort.
