### Vacation Home 'La Lajita' with Sea View, Private Terrace and Wi-Fi

Boasting a beautiful view of the Atlantic, the holiday home La Lajita is located in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria. The 75 m² property consists of a living room, a kitchen, 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 5 people. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) with a dedicated workspace for home office, a smart TV with streaming services as well as a washing machine.  
  
This vacation rental features a private covered terrace for relaxing evenings.  
  
The property is situated in a very quiet neighborhood, making it ideal for relaxation. La Laja Beach is just 1 km away, while Las Canteras Beach is located 9 km from the property. Vegueta Old Town, known for its historic charm, is 4.5 km away. The Mirador and Las Terrazas Shopping Center can be reached in 4 km. Department stores and supermarkets are just 1 km away, as is the bus interchange for convenient public transport access.  
  
Free parking is available on the street and it is not an issue in the area.  
  
Pets, smoking and celebrating events are not allowed.
