Seaviews Holiday Rental offers 4 tastefully decorated bedrooms. One master bedroom with a 2x2 bed and 3 other bedrooms with two 90x2 m2 beds each. There are 3 luxurious bathrooms with shower, and an outdoor shower. It has spectacular 180 degree views of the sea and the city, a wall piano, a bookcase full of Spanish books and a spa with hydro-massage showers in one of the bathrooms. The perfect space for a truly relaxing stay.

Enjoy the comfort of a fully equipped kitchen, several indoor living areas and spacious common areas where everyone can relax together. This accommodation has air conditioning in some bedrooms, ensuring a pleasant and comfortable experience all year round.

Welcome and personal key delivery until 20.00.  
We provide bedding and towels to be changed for reservations of 8 nights or more, which will be delivered to your villa without the need to request them.  
A cot and highchair will be provided (on request) for children under 2 years of age.  
  
Conditions  
  
This property is located in a residential area, therefore parties, events or any other activities that could disturb other guests or neighbours is strictly forbidden.  
Overcrowding the number of people hired is strictly prohibited. Except for previously authorized exceptions.  
Smoking is prohibited inside the accommodation. Smoking is only allowed on open terraces or balconies and we expect high care of furniture and grass.  
A deposit of 1500€ is required to cover possible damages that may be caused. This deposit is fully refundable after departure and it is subject to a damage inspection, due to this, we encourage you to check if there is any previous damage at check in, and inform us accordingly to prevent misunderstandings.  
Failure to comply with any of these rules entails the total loss of the guarantee deposited.
