With capacity for 3 people, designed for couples, families and business trips, as it has Wifi Internet, a cosy bedroom with double bed and sofa-bed in the spacious living room, which also has direct access to the terrace of the flat where you can have lunch and relax. With a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, Smart TV, lift, private parking and swimming pool in the residential complex in which it is located. This property has an unbeatable location, in a quiet street, a few steps from the Hospital Universitario Doctor Negrín, shops and with the beach of Las Canteras less than 7 minutes away by car. However, although we were very impressed with the communications re arrival time etc the actual face to face check in was very disappointing. After a 30 min wait for your colleague to arrive with the keys we felt that she was not helpful. She was rushed and wanted to leave after handing us a bunch of keys with little explanation of how to gain access to the apartment. She was rushed and impatient. Contact with the main office had been excellent and this particular colleague let your company down. We booked the accommodation mainly because it had a pool but were disappointed that a 6 story apartment block was being built adjacent to it. We chose not to use the pool which was actually in the middle of a building site. ##### Maureen S.
