Ideal both for holidays and for teleworking, with capacity for 3 people. It has a bedroom, bathroom, Smart TV and all the necessary amenities to enjoy a perfect stay on the island. Ideal for those looking for comfort, tranquillity and good location. Located in a peaceful residential complex that includes a communal swimming pool and gym, it is a space designed for relaxation and comfort. It has a 100mb fibre optic internet connection, ideal for those who need to work online or stay connected. The flat is equipped to make you feel at home. The master bedroom has a comfortable double bed, while in the spacious living room you will find a sofa-bed and direct access to the terrace, where you can enjoy the island's climate and relax in the fresh air. The kitchen, fully equipped with oven, microwave, fridge and kitchenware, allows you to prepare all kinds of meals during your stay. In addition, the building has a lift and private parking space, facilitating your mobility in the city. All this in a strategic location, surrounded by shops and services, and just a 7-minute drive from the iconic Las Canteras beach. The property also includes bed linen, towels, hairdryer and all the basics to make your stay comfortable and carefree. A space designed to enjoy Gran Canaria with total peace of mind. There are rules of coexistence in the house that must be respected. The community is undergoing improvement works, so you may experience some noise during your stay. You need to consider that you are in the center of a bigger town, facing the motorway and the heliport of the hospital. The pool is directly next to a huge construction site. So dont expect to spend a quiet and calm stay. The checkin was not flexible and you have to be there on an agreed time or you need to wait. Not easy to plan when you do a hike before. So we waited 1h20\. The bed was a bit hard for my taste and the towels smelled old when wet. The location was convenient to walk to the center and the beach. Parking in the garage was great. No salt/sugar/hand-soap provided. ##### Michael R.
