Hotel room is nice, spacious, clean and bed is comfortable. Good for business travelers. Hotel staff are nice and helpful. Always have smiling face to guests. Buffet breakfast is just something standard. Still a great place to stay if you accept location is far from Madrid Centro.

Nice location, liked that they had onsite parking and it was included. Good breakfast too. Rooms only have double occupancy though. If you have a party of 3 you will need 2 rooms.

Great location when travelling South from the Ferry Ports. Easy access from the motorway and excellent parking (10€). Room spacious and well equipped. Unfortunately the restaurant was not open at the time of our stay but there is a very good tapas bar within a 5 minute walk.

Great hotel barely outside Madrid
I stayed 4 nights at this hotel in two different types of room. The standard twin room and the superior double room that is almost the same but with a bigger bed, queen size probably. Both were very clean and comfortable. The rooms were very quiet, I'm a light sleper and didn't have any issues, curtains block light totally. Shower had very good pressure on both rooms. The buffet breakfast is excellent, nice variety and fresh products. It is worth the extra money. The personal was friendly and helpful in all my interactions. They helped me with an online buy I did, the hotel keeps packages. The underground parking was also very convenient with very wide slots. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay again, in particular if you want to visit Madrid and have a rental car.

Clean comfortable hotel with great pastries for breakfast. Quite a way out of Madrid but train only 10 minutes walk.

first off the staff were on point, my wife and I dealt with the manager "Alfonso" and he is to date the best manager I've had the opportunity to interact with, helpful in every way. he went above and beyond for us and for that! we will always try to book this particular hotel when we're in Madrid. once again thank you Alfonso.

Neat and Tidy
This hotel was recommended to me for being well located for my final destination. A small but tidy hotel the three things that really let it down were: 1. The inability for the room aircon to get the room cool enough, I could only get it down to 25 C 2. No tea/coffee making facilities in the room 3. The in room refrigerator is built in. The hot air from the motor cannot escape so the fridge contents do not get cold. Within two minutes walk there are a couple of cafe's and a decent sized supermarket with a small mall and ATM a 15 minute walk away.

Clean but beware of overwhelming "air freshener"
Beware of overwhelming smell of "rose" air freshener in the lobby. Literally, overwhelming. We - and our guests - literally had to hold our breath each time we went through the lobby because they continuously spray so much "air freshener". One of my cousins preferred to wait outside rather than even walk through. The one thing my other cousin remembered from staying at this same hotel two years ago was the overwhelming rose air freshener as well! Other than the lobby issues, the hotel is fine. A normal, clean, business-like hotel. The shower was nice and large. The location is near my cousins' house, but otherwise has nothing to recommend the neighborhood. The front desk staff was business-like, but not particularly friendly. They answered questions we asked, but they never greeted us when we entered the hotel even though we had to walk right in front of them to get to the elevator. In short, the hotel location worked for us, and the room was clean and the rate was reasonable. But, really that lobby air was intolerable.

No surprises, excellent courteous staff
Stayed here over 11 years since it opened. Love the staff, most of which has been there for much of the 11 years. It is close to our family who live in Las Rozas, convenient from the airport, downtown Madrid, and neighboring towns.

Nice Hotel outside Madrid
Very pleasant hotel if you need to stay just outside Madrid. The room was very clean and very nice. I did not hear any noise from the Expressway next to the hotel. Very convenient to get out and in from A6. I also found it worth to pay a little extra to have breakfast buffet included with the room.

My stay was ok, But it seems that the hotel doesnt have a restaurant, bar and roomservice in August which is not great after a day of hard work. The rest was good nice people clean rooms.

Excellent and perfect for business trips
Overall this hotel is perfect for my business needs. The only down side is the breakfast and breakfast staff. The breakfast room is small for the hotel, choice is limited and never seems to be topped up with essentials unless you ask. Otherwise room is always clean, aircon is efficient and bathroom very smart and well equipped. Recommended .

Nice hotel outskirts of Madrid but was were we wanted to be,very quiet at weekend but busier Monday due to lot's of office blocks.Staff were great and hotel clean only thing missing was tea/coffee in room but had minibar.Only a minor thing but tele was small and only had CNN in English could have done with Sky/bbc news but very minor as we wasn't in room much anyway.Would stay again if in area

Great hotel, but check the location first.
Room was very clean and comfortable, staff were friendly and helpful. Great selection of food for breakfast. We chose this hotel as it was close location to family, however not ideal location if you are looking for a city break in Madrid as you'd need bus/metro commute to city centre (actually not any trouble as Madrid bus and Metro service is excellent). Would definitely stay there again.

Fantastic hotel.....but a bit far from madrid
Had a great stay, the hotel is fantastic with clean modern rooms but the only downside is the location. It takes around 20 mins from Madrid centre but apart from that I would recommend this hotel to anyone.
