Corazon resort was hands down the best place we’ve ever had the pleasure of staying at. From the exceptional staff who froze the marlin we caught on our deep sea fishing excursion and prepared not 1 but 2 delicious gourmet meals for our group to the accommodating staff all around pool/shuttle/house keeping/chefs/management/wait staff. They get to know you by name. It is with our utmost enthusiasm that we recommend this beautiful property and superb staff. You won’t be dissatisfied.

La comida es buena, la playa es muy bonita. Personal muy amable. Las habitaciones les falta una manita de gato. Pero relación costo beneficio quedamos satisfechos.

When we checked in, we are told we would have to wait about half an hour to have someone take us to our room. When we asked for a map because we could get there ourselves, they said they didn’t have any. I asked them how can you not have a map and finally someone printed one out .
When we first entered our room, there was black mold
all over the walls and it had a mildew smell to it. We asked to change rooms. They gave us a much smaller room than we had paid for, but we were OK with that as long as it wasn’t full of mold. But the housekeeping staff kept leaving soiled sheets in our patio area. When we asked for them to be removed not only did they not remove them, the following day there were more. We talked to the housekeeping staff who said they weren’t going to move them because they were too heavy. When my partner said he would move it for them they said no it’s OK. We’ll do it. We let the front desk know, and they said they would talk to the housekeeping manager, but the next day a new set of soiled sheets were in our patio. The result itself is OK. The food was good and besides the housekeeping staff, everyone was friendly. But unfortunately all the positive qualities couldn’t make up for the housekeeping issues.
