"Avis sur l'Hôtel Suites Mar Elena (Chambre 109) Nous avons séjourné à l'Hôtel Suites Mar Elena pendant 7 jours, et notre expérience a été très mitigée. Points positifs : Accueil : L'accueil à notre arrivée a été excellent, avec un personnel chaleureux et serviable. Grandeur de la chambre : La chambre 109 était spacieuse et confortable, ce qui est un vrai plus. Points négatifs : Service durant le séjour : Malheureusement, le service a été décevant, voire horrible à certains moments. La femme de ménage ne passait pas certains jours, et d'autres fois, elle enlevait des serviettes sans les remplacer (nous n'avions qu'une seule serviette pour deux personnes). Un jour, après être revenus de la piscine avec une serviette trempée, on nous a refusé une serviette de rechange. De plus, on nous a refusé une deuxième carte d'accès à la chambre, ce qui était très gênant puisque nous avions des horaires différents. Bruit : L'isolation acoustique est inexistante. Le bruit le soir et la nuit était si intense que nous devions dormir avec des bouchons d'oreilles. Petit déjeuner : Le petit déjeuner est très léger et peu nourrissant (quelques morceaux de pain de pâtisserie). Sur 3 jours, il n'y avait plus d'ustensiles, ce qui rendait le repas encore plus compliqué. Conclusion : Globalement, notre séjour a été décevant, surtout en ce qui concerne le service et le confort. Heureusement, Puerto Vallarta en lui-même a été une destination très accueillante et agréable, ce qui a sauvé notre vo"
