There are 2 outdoor living spaces; the inviting front courtyard entry and the spacious patio off the living room which can also be accessed from the master suite. The master suite is exceptional, the bedroom has huge walk in closet, additional sitting/office area, walk in shower and a soaking tub. The house is filled with natural light from all the windows throughout. The welcoming living room has a La-Z-Boy sofa sleeper with a memory foam mattress. Cozy up in the living room with the kiva fireplace and large flat screen tv for entertainment. There is a 2-car garage for your use as well!
