The host is communicative and helpful. The neighborhood is peaceful and quiet on the weekend as well as at night. The road behind the house is busy, however, during the weekday due to local schools and new home construction about one mile away. Even so, I plan on staying here again in the future. ##### David S. Séjour de 4 nuits en septembre 2024 ### 10/10 – Excellent #### Susan A. 26 sept. 2024 Points forts : Propreté #### Comfortable and pleasant new home The Pulsar house was very comfortable and had all the amenities our family needed. Outside, there were lots of chairs and the outdoor space was perfect for gathering and dining and just enjoying the gorgeous fall weather. The owners included books, and games for indoor and outdoor fun. There were plastic discs and wax for sledding down the White Sands dunes and a cooler for our picnic. The welcome notebook included lots of restaurant recommendations which we really appreciated. We had a large family group convening for the weekend, so we were able to also rent a nearby home from the same owner which was very convenient. Our stay was just what we had hoped for and the accommodations were perfect for our large family. The owners were quick to respond to our correspondence also. Check in was super easy. ##### Susan A.
