It is clean, comfortable, and peaceful. The amenities are great. There are nice kitchen appliances, lots of utensils and pots and pans. The tv is nice and wifi is pretty good. The house backs up to BLM land, so you can hike right from the property. Mountains are viewable from the front of the house. The sunsets are beautiful! Very comfortable accommodations and the kitchen has all the cooking utensils etc you need. Nice little fireplace, patio to watch the beautiful sunsets from. Road is dirt and washboard rough so if you aren't used to country roads you may not like, but the quiet and peacefulness once you arrive is amazing. Beautiful views surround you and are accessible to view from inside the home thanks to brilliantly placed windows. A shade system that allows all day viewing while blocking the sun. Trails are right outside the door and lead to the most beautiful 360 sunsets! Winds get strong and you will never hear such silence elsewhere. The pictures don't do it justice on how cute, nice and very spacious this casita really is. Very large walk in shower and even a washer dryer. Great living room with 2 big sofas and wonderful dining room that could fit 6\. I will say the dirt road they are not kidding about don't go over 15MPH so it does take awhile to bounce around on the dusty rocky route to this boujee little spot.
