Great place but with a lot of stairs and no breakfast. Very clean and with all you need for a stay. Would stay again.

The staff here were very friendly and helping whenever needed. Best part is how close it is to San Juan. The neighborhood it's in can be sketch for some people, but try to believe me, you are good. The condition of the room could've been better. Spots on the couch, unkept rug, floor tiles lifting, ceiling peeling. None of it was eggrecious to a point we didn't feel comfortable, but more so details missed that can be improved. You also don't have a view out to anytign but an empty lot with graffiti on an abandoned building. BUT if you're looking for somewhere to simply sleep and change clothes, this is perfect. Lol honestly it's a very ok, 3/5, 5-6/10 place. You'll only be disappointed thinking you're staying at a Marriott. BRING YOUR OWN WASH CLOTHS AND TOWELS. Lol they run out fast.

the room that we had seemed massive compared to a normal suite we have had before. Two queen beds and a pull-out queen and we still had plenty of room to maneuver. My only "complaint" was the open shower concept (which I love) got a little messy at times, but was relatively easy to clean up. The room was very clean with plenty of storage space. When we checked in, the guy (wish for the life of me I could remember his name) gave us lots of local food places and places to go if we had the time. The breakfast was small with the amount of things you could have but was very fresh. The lady (cant remember her name either) cooking would make eggs for you on request, constantly seeing her making waffles and sausages. She seemed to perk up even more every time someone came down to eat. Even noticed how she handled different visitors differently when someone else checked out and started talking to her about something on a more personal level. She noticed the things we liked and catered to that, as well. In every other need we had, they were always super accommodating and helpful. They also had a bottle of wine in the room for us when we got there as a little welcoming gift.

I really enjoyed my stay here. Staff were nice and accommodating. I loved that we were greeted with complimentary cocktails during check in. Beautiful and spacious room but lacked a microwave and fridge to fit any leftovers. There was a very bad sewage smell coming from the shower, the phone in the room did not work and if you opened to the curtains to use natural lighting, the room would get super warm. If anyone stays here I think overall you’ll have a good experience but those few things threw me off a bit

The noise is unbearable. We were on the third floor and had small windows connected a metal stairway that is so loud and it was like they were having a party up on the roof all night. We had to be up at 1am to catch a flight and couldn’t sleep at all. Between the paper thin walls where we hear everything the other rooms in our hall were doing and the loud party, we couldn’t sleep. At $500 a night this was unacceptable. The place is clean and comfortable, but you can’t relax at night with all the noise.
