« This hotel exceeded my expectations! The staff was amazing and greeted us each time we walked in the doors. While not necessary it did give us the opportunity to ask for extra towels etc without feeling like a burden. The hotel was very clean and the pool was fabulous! We will be back, nothing better if your visiting birch bay. BB hotels aren’t this nice. »

« Easily the most relaxing and fun stay we had on our journey from Alaska. The entire staff was so friendly, professional, and helpful throughout my stay. It’s amazing how pet-friendly this hotel was- never seen anything like it before! And everyone interacts with the fur-guests, too! « I stayed there about 5 days and I was appoached 3 times by two staff members, who asked me how my stay was and if they could do anything for me. I had to get to the airport at 3AM, but there were no taxies or Uber at that time that I could set up. They arranged a private driver for me and I had no worries. The breakfast area was clean and the breakfast was great with a good assortment. My bed was very comfortable. Hi give 6 stars! »
