It is undoubtedly one of the best choices in the area. It is a very spacious villa with a private pool in a unique location with breathtaking panoramic views over the coastline of the beautiful Mediterranean Sea. Sea Front Oceanus H3 is a 5 bedroom villa providing a luxurious retreat for a party of ten or a family seeking a private haven to experience the Island of Cyprus. The villa has it's own private swimming pool and a nicely maintained garden for endless, care free relaxing hours in the ever-shining Mediterranean sun. The villa is located in a private complex which offers a clean, calm and well-built environment. Agia Thekla beach is only a 10 min drive from the property. The beach is a 300-metre long beach located on the beautiful coastal stretch of Agia Thekla. This beach is located within a SPA (special protected area) offering golden sands and crystal-clear sea waters providing a calm environment for you and your family to enjoy. Back at the villa, the swimming pool and garden area offers plenty of sunbathing space while furnished with exquisite, solid quality and modern furniture with comfortable sun beds and rattan sofas setting the scene for a real oasis of calm and tranquility. The swimming pool has variable depths and has flood lights making it a safe and relaxing option at night. If you prefer a little shade, that too is provided by the covered outside dining area where you will be welcomed with comfortable dining rattan set. Through high doors you will be able to access the fully air conditioned living room which is furnished with white leather sofas gathered around the modern coffee table which provide a comfortable atmosphere to enjoy the free WIFI and Flat Screen TV with Internet TV offering UK T.V. with Sky sports and unlimited movies (as well as international channel options). The living room opens through to a superbly equipped kitchen with all the necessary appliances offering dishwasher, microwave, coffee Maker, large refrigerator, freezer, high quality electric cooker, oven, toaster, electric kettle and other appliances making the property feel like a home away from home. On the ground floor you’ll find a large air-conditioned twin room with shower, providing convenience for the elderly or any mobility impaired guests. On the first floor there are 4 large air-conditioned private bedrooms that can accommodate 8 adults with ease and boast large wardrobe space for storage and hanging. The 4 bedrooms are en-suite bedrooms, one of which is a twin bedroom whilst the remaining three sport queen size beds each. Just a couple of points to be aware of when booking.1\. Heating the pool attracts an additional cost.2\. We had noisy builders working on the property across the road (Cement mixers at 07.00 for the first 5 days). Additionally, the Villa next door (rented by the same company) had a group of young males returning to the property on very noisy Quads at around 05.00 to 06.00 each morning for 4 days (Quads are supposedly banned on this estate). Finally on the last two days of the holiday the park to the front of the property was being refurbished which required the use of Tele Handlers and Leaf Blowers.I understand that building work and refurbishment has to take place. I have two complaints 1- two of the French door locks were broken. As wed never opened them we assumed they were locked and working. I was burgled and had 800 euros and 150 GBP stolen. CID came round and assessed the Cilla - they are convinced that the burglary took place at night and they accessed the villa via none of the unlock able doors. 2- after this horrid event I was very dissppointed to not have received a call or any support from Ezoria.
