### SAMAREITIDOS LIGHT COTTAGE - BLUE

The cottage is located in a very quiet surroundings . You can easily go biking or hiking or just relax and enjoying the spectacular view over the hills of Anafotia. Furthermore, the quiet surroundings make it magical when you sit outside on the huge terrace and drinking a cocktail while enjoying the sunset. The cozy cottage is located in south of Cyprus and only 15 minute drive from Larnaca airport and to many of the most amazing sightseeing spot in Cyprus such as Church of Saint Lazarus, Larnaca Salt Lake with a lots of Flamingos, Hala Sultan Lake, Larnaca Fort, Stavrovouni Monastery etc.  
Built to be a family guest house but has taken the role of being some-sort of a romantic get-away for couples and small families.  
Two newly restored cottages in a rural mansion, with large balconies/terrace and immaculate open views. Here, guests can relax in peaceful nature, enjoy the unique light of sun, gorgeous sunsets and star filled skies at night.  
Bedrooms feature private bathrooms with a toilet.  
A hair dryer and iron with a board are available for guests.

Guests can relax in the common lounge area featuring a fireplace and a flat-screen TV with cable channels. For Samareitidos Light Cottage-Blue guests, the desk/office is only available on request.  
There is a large terrace/balcony with natural stone and exquisite open views of wild nature and fresh air. The two bedrooms, office and the kitchen entrances open to the terrace with outdoor furniture for relaxing.  
Wifi internet connection is available free of charge.  
  
The Samareitidos Light Cottage Blue is a one bedroom cottage with a possibility of accommodating up to 4 persons. It has a small built-in kitchen with a extendable couch.

#### Haus mit wunderbarer Terrasse

Großzügige Wohnung, bestens eingerichtet, nichts hat gefehlt, weder in der Küche oder im Bad, gute Waschmaschine. Absolut sauber. Wir hatten die Wohnung mit zwei Schlafzimmern. Herrliche große Terrasse. Die Besitzerin Foteini hilft bei allen Fragen. Sehr gute mobile Heizkörper für kühle Abende, wir waren im März da. Fünf Meter hohe Räume, gut für die Wärme im Sommer. Ganz ruhige Lage, obwohl mitten im Dorf gelegen, mit herrlicher Aussicht auf die umliegenden Hügel. Es gibt zwei Cafés und einen Minimarket im Ort. Mit dem Auto schnell am Meer oder in den Bergen. Wir werden gerne wieder kommen.
