The best Hotel in Larnaca by far. The location is good, the staff (SALWA) is amazing, friendly, helpful and very Professional.
Food at the hotel is really good, the lobby mood is cozy, overall very good stay!

There was a party in the rooftop bar and the base was making it all the way through the top floors. Impossible to sleep. I had to change room. And, the hotel needs renovation. Breakfast was excellent.

The proseco was very nice, thank you. Unfortunately, the housekeeper was smelling very bad when entering to fix the room; this impacted the whole room ambiance for the rest of the day. The room smell was awful when we came back after a long day. Finally, the taxi ordered from the front desk to leave to the airport simply did not come. We couldn’t bear more than 35 minutes of lateness and when we asked the receptionist at the 5th floor to call for another taxi company he kept trying to reach them and insisted that « it’s the private company we deal with ». So what? The guy at the GF helped us grabbing a nearby taxi which was extremely efficient and helped in not missing our plane.

The in room Refrigerator barely kept anything cool never cold.
When in room Robes weren't present and phoned reception ... lol ... they argued that they were and insisted that we search empty closets and drawers for them.
Sea View Room was of a dirt parking lots and a run down Harbor
Laundered a basic assortment of T shirts, shorts, under garments and socks and got a service bill of 153 Euros .
We could have bought new garments for the price.

The room did not have any shaving kit and one of the hand creams was already opened. Not what we expected of a five star hotel.
The pool opening times are very limited from 0900-1800.
The area where the hotel is located is not central, it is quite far from the attractions of Larnaca.
The hotel is Scandinavian style and feels quite bizarre in Cyprus, it feels luxe but there needs a little more attention to the fine details. Finding used products from the amenities in a room on arrival is a complete no-no.
Staff are very friendly and all speak English.
Beds are super comfortable and have several choices of pillow. The room has an excellent Nespresso machine with pods as well as a selection of different types of tea and a kettle. The room we had was very spacious and had many faculties.
Overall an excellent hotel but not in the best area.

Das Hotel ist an sich nicht schlecht gelegen, da man mit dem Bus recht schnell in der Stadt ist und man kann dort auch super parken. Wenn man nicht jeden Tag am Strand liegen will, eignet sich das Hotel perfekt als Startpunkt für Tagesausflüge mit dem eigenen Mietwagen.
Der Pool und die liegen sind toll, allerdings waren vor Ort sehr viele britische Familien mit vielen Kindern. An Entspannung am Pool war leider nicht zu denken.
Das Frühstücksangebot war sehr reichhaltig und es gab eine große Auswahl.
Ich habe ein Upgrade für eine Suite bekommen und war von dem Zimmer sehr begeistert. Auch der Service vom Personal war wirklich gut.

This is the cleanest hotel I’ve ever stayed at, and I travel a lot. I always wipe the room surfaces with my own dettol wipes but I couldn’t find a spec in this hotel room. Extremely friendly staff and outstanding services. Beach is a walkable distance. Close to airport. Great food available at the hotel restaurants itself but there are places nearby too.

Great hotel with awesome staff
Generous sized room with a very comfortable bed. Hotel is like brand new and a great outdoor pool on the 5th floor as well as a nice bar on the top
Floor. Service was excellent. I would highly recommend.

The hotel is excelent. The location is problematic, very old and abandoned part of town. Clean but old and unattended. 20 minutes walk from the Marina, but not a pleasent walk after dark
