Luxury Mackenzie Flat is 2-bedroom ground floor apartment located just a short distance away from the stunning Mackenzie Beach in Larnaca. This beautifully designed and conveniently situated apartment offers a perfect blend of comfort, style, and coastal living.  
  
As you step inside, you'll immediately be greeted by the inviting atmosphere of this modern flat. The open-concept living space boasts an abundance of warmth and a welcoming ambiance. The contemporary decor and sleek furnishings make this apartment a true oasis of relaxation. The spacious living area is perfect for unwinding after a day at the beach, featuring a comfortable sofa and a flat-screen TV for your entertainment. Adjacent to the living area, you'll find the fully equipped kitchen, a culinary haven for those who love to cook. It's complete with modern appliances, ample counter space, and all the cookware and utensils you might need to prepare delicious meals. The two bedrooms in this apartment are designed with your comfort in mind. The master bedroom boasts a plush queen-sized bed, while the second bedroom offers two twin beds, making it perfect for families or small groups of friends. Both bedrooms are thoughtfully decorated with soothing colors and comfortable bedding, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The bathroom is elegantly designed with contemporary fixtures and a walk-in shower, providing a spa-like experience right at home.  
One of the highlights of this apartment is the outdoor space. Step outside to your private patio area, where you can sip your morning coffee or enjoy a glass of wine in the evenings. The patio is also an ideal spot for alfresco dining or simply soaking in the Mediterranean sunshine.  
This ground floor apartment offers the convenience of easy access without the need for stairs or elevators. Additionally, it includes essential amenities such as air conditioning and high-speed Wi-Fi to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Located in the vibrant Mackenzie Beach area of Larnaca, you'll have the beach at your doorstep, allowing you to enjoy leisurely walks, sunbathing, or swimming whenever you desire. The nearby promenade is lined with an array of restaurants, cafes, and bars, perfect for sampling local cuisine and enjoying a vibrant nightlife. Larnaca city center and the famous Finikoudes Palm Beach Seafront is just 2.8km away. The Metropolis Mall of Larnaca just 5 km away.  
All passport/ID’s copies for occupants and guests must be provided prior to arrival. No access to the Property can be given until Phaedrus Living has seen satisfactory identification -such determination to be at the Phaedrus Living sole discretion. Lead Guest must be 18 years or above to stay at the Property Any removal of property inventory may be treated as theft. No smoking inside the property. No pets allowed. No loud music or parties allowed. In case of loss of accommodation keys, the service fee of 35- 60 Euros to change the lock will be paid by guest Any illegal activity will result in immediate ejection and notification to the Police. Booking fees will not be refundable by Phaedrus Living in this scenario. Building rules and procedures must be adhered by guests. At the end of the reservation, the premises and its fixtures and fittings must be in the same condition provided at the commencement of the stay. Any breakages, or necessary repairs and replacements will be paid by the guest. Renewal of the reservation is at the discretion of the Phaedrus Living. The guest should inform the Phaedrus Living at least 3 days in advance and it is subject to availability. Payment will be required upon confirmation of the extension of the reservation. If the guest acts against any of the conditions specified above Phaedrus Living has the right to terminate the reservation instantly.
