Upon entering, you'll be captivated by the open, spacious design that seamlessly combines the dining and living areas. The centerpiece of the open-plan layout is the fully equipped kitchen, a culinary masterpiece where you can craft gourmet delights or simply whip up a quick meal. Whether you're dinning or enjoying a quiet breakfast, the dining area provides a perfect space, and the large living area boasts a comfortable sofa bed for additional guests. Entertainment is covered with a large Smart TV, and high-speed Wi-Fi extends throughout the apartment, ensuring you're always connected.  
  
As if that wasn't enough, step outside to the charming balcony, where you can revel in larnacas city views. This outdoor haven comes complete with stylish outdoor furniture, creating a perfect setting for al fresco dining or sipping a morning coffee while soaking in the vibrant atmosphere of the city.  
  
The Phaedrus Living Coral Suite Seabreeze doesn't just stop at shared spaces; it offers three thoughtfully designed bedrooms for your comfort and privacy. Two of the bedrooms are generously appointed double rooms, providing cozy retreats to unwind after a day of exploring the city. The third bedroom is a versatile haven, featuring two single beds for flexible sleeping arrangements. It also offers a comfortable seating area, perfect for relaxation, and a dedicated study area, allowing you to focus on work or personal projects. This unique bedroom even has its own private balcony, providing an exclusive outdoor space to enjoy the fresh Mediterranean air.  
  
One of the standout features of this property is its unbeatable location. Situated in the heart of Larnaca, you're just a leisurely stroll away from the city's main shopping strip. Explore an array of shops, boutiques, and vibrant eateries, immersing yourself in the local culture and lifestyle. From fashionable boutiques to quaint cafes, Larnaca's city center is at your doorstep.  
All passport/ID’s copies for occupants and guests must be provided prior to arrival. No access to the Property can be given until Phaedrus Living has seen satisfactory identification -such determination to be at the Phaedrus Living sole discretion. Lead Guest must be 18 years or above to stay at the Property Any removal of property inventory may be treated as theft. No smoking inside the property. No pets allowed. No loud music or parties allowed. In case of loss of accommodation keys, the service fee of 35- 60 Euros to change the lock will be paid by guest Any illegal activity will result in immediate ejection and notification to the Police. Booking fees will not be refundable by Phaedrus Living in this scenario. Building rules and procedures must be adhered by guests. At the end of the reservation, the premises and its fixtures and fittings must be in the same condition provided at the commencement of the stay. Any breakages, or necessary repairs and replacements will be paid by the guest. Renewal of the reservation is at the discretion of the Phaedrus Living. The guest should inform the Phaedrus Living at least 3 days in advance and it is subject to availability. Payment will be required upon confirmation of the extension of the reservation. If the guest acts against any of the conditions specified above Phaedrus Living has the right to terminate the reservation instantly.
