One night stay
It has been some time since we stayed here. This was a very late booking. Fantastic service and an upgrade. Simply the best view from a balcony as good as anywhere. Breakfast delicious. We will be back but won't wait so long next time

My AirPods went missing from the room, reported it to reception and nothing. Tracked it and it roamed around the hotel and Ayia Napa for a while before it was turned off. Stolen AirPods, good breakfast though.

First class hotel didn’t want to leave. Beautiful room with fantastic view. Excellent breakfast with sea view. Good Wi-Fi. Staff was incredibly helpful and cleaning ladies lovely. Highly recommended!

Amazing beach resort
Amazing view from a garden view room, very clean and great air con in the room. Staff all very exteremely lovely. The hotel is located close to bars, reataurants and beach. Amazing views from the property and just few steps to reach the beach from the property reception.

The staff was genuinely friendly and happy to be working there. I was told that it is a great work environment and the owners treat their staff well - that meant a lot to me. The food was great, all areas clean, room comfortable. I wish I could stay there more often. The only thing I didn't like was having to leave. I highly recommend!!!

Stayed at this beautiful hotel for my birthday end of March, because it was just before peak season and it wasn't too busy aswell as it was my birthday, they gave me a room upgrade to Bungalow suit right on the beach. nice room with beautiful views. the staff we're fantastic, very accommodating and the food was decent. would definitely recommend. Excellent hotel with exceptional front desk personnel who are very helpful. We stayed in 3 different rooms over 2 weeks - all were very different but enjoyable. Included breakfast is excellent. The location is perfectly located right on the beach and the beach and water are great in this location.

We had a Sea view looking down the beach and into the sunset - just fabulous. The food is excellent and the hotel is maintained in immaculate condition. Would stay there again.

Garden View room - it was not...
We stayed in a Garden View room and unfortunately the rooms are not very well sound proofed so could hear our neighbours. Additionally these rooms were on the outer part of the property so traffic could be heard throughout the night (it transpired that by Garden View they meant a bush out the back). Also the WIFI was not so great. I was disappointed that the garden maintenance was every morning at 7am which constantly woke me up - although we complained about this & the reception team could not have agreed more that 7am was too early, it still continued - just at a slightly lower level. Aside from the poor sound proofing (& spotty WIFI) the hotel is very nice, as are the entire team. Breakfast was very good standard. Easily able to reserve loungers with hotel towel.

Nice resort on a great beach
+ The beach was really beautiful white soft sand and blue clear water + The beach towel service was perfect + Location is quiet and nice however many services are available - Some staff need to be more friendly - The price is so high for a 4 star hotel

Great vacation at Nissi Beach resort! Nice room with excellent sea view. Directly on Nissi Beach, with reserved sun chairs. White sand, crystal clear blue water. Live entertainment every evening. Good breakfast and dinner buffet. Tennis if you like. Imagine this after 1 1/2 years lockdown without travel outside Sweden.

Great hotel just on the beach
Typical beach hotel, not so fancy but with a great view and many things to do around. Not very close to the village center but still walkable. Nice concept and great services related to beach and for your relax time.

Great experience overall. The only thing that we didn't like was that we had to pay for the sunbeds at the beach in front of the hotel, which were the hotel's property.

Lovely location and beach, and good hotel beach bars. Staff very kind and friendly , lovely gardens. As far as the hotel itself -it is extremely basic with very small rooms and even smaller bathrooms. All of the hotel is very cheaply furnished and kitted out and honestly does not warrant the location or the prices per night. Fridge in the room so tiny and no mini bar. Hotel bars and restaurants as well as the lobby have no atmosphere at all. They should invest in an interior designer. It reminded me of a no frills stay much like if you are travelling on easy jet or Ryan air but without the cheap prices to accompany it! for 250 euros a night it was disappointing.

Lovely hotel, nearby of the best beaches in Cyprus
The hotel is of a very good standard, like a 4-star. Polite and professional staff, excellent, beautiful territory, high quality and delicious food. There are a few little things to improve that would greatly increase comfort level: hair dryer, slippers, and a bathrobe.

WOW!!
Amazing place! Everything was fine except for one thing, the current in the shower was very weak and in addition the current was hot / cold intermittently. A maintenance man arrived but did not arrange anything and said there was nothing to do. It's really disappointing.

A fantastic location overlooking the sea . Bedrooms a little bit dated .no double bed option . Didn’t like the bathrooms as old fashioned dated shower curtain over the bath . In our opinion should have a walk in shower & no bath.
