New Building, Polite staff, Good food
Hotel is new, clean and deserves it's stars. Staff is polite and helpful. Room for family is Okay. Food is generally good and tasty, lacks of variety in some cases. A drawback, is that you have to pay €3 for each pool towel you are using, and that's not refundable!

Bedsheets and towels dirty old and some of them with holes . You could feel the bed springs. Pool very dirty.

We was a group of friends it was a new renovated Hotel the receptionist was rude and make us wait she was alone .. the rooms was clean but they left the bed sheets without changing for 3 nights. other friend found small bugs at the sheet and they change it but he saw the bugs other day . The breakfast was very good and so many variables as for a 3 stars hotel ...location was very convenient in the middle of every thing ...all in all it was a good experience ...hope the manager take action for this remarks

Nice hotel in a great location
We enjoyed our stay in Nicholas color hotel, excellent staff , comfort hotel with decent pool . The hotel is in the heart of Ayia Napa near to all super markets and restaurants, it is almost 4 km from Nissi beach and 6 km to water park. I highly recommend this hotel.

Perfect Location & a very cozy hotel
We are a couple, we enjoyed our stay so much compared to other hotels in Ayianapa I think Nicholas Color is one of the best, it has a perfect location, perfect pool & very nice breakfast, i loved it overall & it exceeded my expectations.

Το ξενοδοχειο ηταν σε καλη τοποθεσια, ομως πολυ λιγος χωρος για parking, επισης τα δωματια ειναι πολυ μικρα. Ειμασταν δυο ενηλικες και δυο παιδια και δεν μπορουσαμε να κινηθουμε. Το πρωινο ηταν πολυ ικανοποιητικο και το προσωπικο αρκετα ευγενικο

Väldigt mycket störande ljud speciellt på kvällen och natten. Otrevlig kvinnlig personal både vid frukosten och vid poolen. Väldigt rent. Skulle inte rekommendera detta hotell till vänner eller barnfamiljer då rummen inte är ljudisolerade. Generellt sett ett fint hotell men de borde utbilda delar av personalen i service och bemötande.

All-inclusivessä juomat tarjoiltiin ruokaillessa pöytiin joka oli hidasta ja töykeää. Lapset tilailivat itse juomia allasbaarissa ja hekin ihmettelivät töykeää palvelua. Die Lage des Hotels ist super und das Team durch und durch super zuvorkommend und freundlich. Lediglich die Betten waren schrecklich. Es sind durchgelegene harte Federbetten. Die Sauberkeit des Zimmers und des Badezimmers war jedoch sehr gut.

Zentral gelegen, leider mit Baustelle nebenan
Die Baustelle vis a vis treibt einem jeden Tag weg vom Hotel. Da diese sieben Tage die Woche von morgens um acht bis Teils, neun Uhr abends lautstark betrieben wurde. Im schönen Restaurant im Obergeschoss, ist zum Glück, nichts zu hören. Denn am auch schön gestaltenten Pool des Hotels,halten es nur "Hard-Core all inclusiv Gäste" aus.
