And if there are more people, there is a sofa bed in the living room. You have a lot of space, built-in wardrobes, writing desks with chairs and matching decorations everywhere.  
  
The living and dining area ...  
... invites you to have a cozy meal, if desired to use the table as a workplace for laptops or to watch a film on Netflix (included for free). Make yourself comfortable on the beautiful sofa! The area is flooded with light all day through the large balcony doors.  
  
The kitchen...  
... offers you everything you need to cook or warm up your food! Pots, pans, cutlery and crockery are available as well as can openers, corkscrews and sharp knives. You are invited to drink one of the available sorts of tea. A microwave, kettle, and a coffee machine complete the fully equipped kitchen.  
  
The balcony...  
... is ideal for sunbathing or relaxing at the sitting area with a table and chairs for a lovely meal outside.  
  
Finally I would like to ask you for one thing. Since there are neighbors in the house with whom I get along well, please do not throw a party in the accommodation. #### Nice Place!

This apartment has a great location, a short drive from the beach. It's located near many restaurants and shops. We stayed 2 weeks and really enjoyed ourselves. The property managers were very attentive. The complex has a lift/elevator which is great for bringing luggage and groceries up. Myself and my 14 year old son highly recommend it.😊
