Poorly maintained run-down hotel, worst breakfast
Staff barely had a bit of smile or kindness on their faces. Room looked clean, but hasn't been modernized in probably 40-50 years. Comfortable nice large bed and clean sheets. Overall clean room and very spacious. Bathroom door had a barn door with no handle. A bit uncomfy trying to get out if you closed it! Dirty towels! Toilet not flushing well. No shower curtains, so the water ends directly on the bathroom floor (and stays there), so good luck trying not to slip on it afterwards. Barely enough liquid soap. Poorest worst breakfast ever: they give you 1 slice of poor quality ham, 1 slice of cheese, 1 tiny piece of everything (including 1 olive), but at least 2 slices of bread. It's more like a joke. Hotel is in a poor neighborhood 2-2.5 km from the centre where the attractions are (beach, fortress). Buses barely circulate, so you're most likely to take a 35-45 minute long walk there. Back and forth.

Terrible hotel, avoid!
Very dirty uncleaned room, had to wait again for them to clean it. Terrible run-down post-apocalyptic location far from the centre. Few smaller shops and run-down restaurants were not too far. Fridge not working, ugly worn-down bathroom door, poor quality tiny TV with a dirty remote. Small rationed miserly breakfast of poor quality. Unkind receptionist does everything, even washes the dishes and serves breakfast. AC only works if you ask at the reception (it was controlled by the reception), no remote for it. Water was dripping from the AC. Roof with pool is terribly run-down, needs repairs, restauration. Good things: plenty of lights, mirrors in the room and bathroom. Luckily this hotel was relatively quiet and the elevator was good. Terrible value for price. This room was sold for 40 EUR, but is the 20-25 EUR category.

Solo stay for international football
Booked single room, got large double. Air con not working and not fixed in time there but large room fan provided. Bit far out from Finikoudes but stepcounter enjoyed it and reflected in price. Breakfast is basic but enough and at good price. Worth the price paid and got my purposes overall.

It is what it is! Its a 2 star property, so don't complain about the breakfast, or rooms, bed or location. It is what it is. But its clean, safe, good location, friendly staff and a pool on the roof.

Well, I booked to a guest of mine because it was near my house. I booked a double room for 2.but at the arrival main office blond lady in a rude way said that it was forbidden that 2 people get inside the room. Then I explained that I booked a double room which is more expensive than a single room for 1 person and in that case she owes thr price difference between single and double.Then she retracted and said nothing nothing... You also can not control the A/C of the room. If you want to stop or turn you need to contact reception for that and it is not practical at all.... Breakfast is a poor. Anyways if location is not an issue. Plenty of other hotels could do it better.

A hotel with quite good value for money
Everything was fairly clean. The room was spacious, the staff was kind and WiFi worked well. The location is not very convenient, given that you need 20 minutes by foot to reach the town centre. But the neighbourhood is quiet and there are two big supermarkets in the vicinity. The only big drawback was the bed with its bad mattress which affected the quality of sleep here.

They have a big but…..
First of all the room was spacious clean and comfortable, the location is ok, no more than 15 mins walking from larnaca downtown and beach which is great, however there were two things that wouldn’t make me comeback first of all, in order to give you your key they request you give them the passport of everything staying in the room, I can understand a deposit for the keycard or even maybe some kind of national OD you may carry but the passport made us quite uneasy. The other thing is that they have a central air conditioning for all the rooms, so basically if a guest request the aircon to be lowered or rauses (temperature) it’s going to affect everyone

Decent for the price needs some minor repairs and rooftop pool needs some attention, close to transit walking distance to restaurants bars and the beach. Staff are very friendly and helpful overall a good stay a budget friendly property.

Good value for money...
If your on a budget this hotel is a good choice as it offers good value for the price. Room was clean and had a compact refrigerator. Not located in the center of Larnaca, but it is conventiently located between 2 supermarkets (5 minutes walking each direction). Also, the staff were friendly and available 24/7 for any assistance.

For a 2 star hotel and for the price it is very good. You also get a very decent breakfast. the service and friendliness was excellent, even the owner passed by in the morning with pastries to treat the guests.

The price is cheap, the staff are friendly. But no drinking water is provided. It is close to some big supermarket, just within 10 minutes walk, but far away from city centre. You can take bus to the centre, the bus stop is within 8 minutes walk.

Nice hotel.
Really nice hotel, great staff. It's a 15 minute walk to the centre, or a 2 minute bus ride. Staff were smoking inside the hotel, and ash trays in the room, which is unfortunate. Fantastic restaurant next door.
