Effortless comfort and plenty of space come together in Chloris, a bright and inviting 3-bedroom apartment perfect for families, friends, or anyone looking to unwind in Larnaca.  
  
From the moment you walk in, the apartment feels like home. The spacious living area is made for relaxing—whether you're watching a movie, reading a book, or catching up over coffee. The layout is open and easy, with natural light pouring in and a calm, airy atmosphere throughout.  
  
The kitchen is fully equipped and ready for anything, whether it’s a casual breakfast or dinner with your group. Just off the living space, the private balcony gives you a quiet spot to breathe, sip your morning drink, or just enjoy the moment.  
  
Each of the three bedrooms is designed for rest and privacy, with two featuring king-size beds and the third fitted with twin beds—ideal for kids or friends traveling together. Two modern bathrooms add comfort and convenience to your stay.  
  
Once your booking is confirmed, we’ll set up a group chat connecting you with our guest relations team. Everything you need—from the exact location to self check-in details—will be shared with you there. When you arrive, you'll find your keys in a secure lockbox right outside the apartment.  
  
You’ll have the place entirely to yourselves, but we’re always available if you’d like help booking tours, activities, or transportation.  
  
Located in Touzhane, a quiet residential part of Larnaca, you’ll enjoy peaceful surroundings with easy access to the city’s highlights. You’re just a short drive from cultural sites like Saint Lazarus Church and the Medieval Castle, as well as the palm-lined promenade of Finikoudes and the vibrant local markets.  
  
Transportation is simple—there are public buses nearby, bike-friendly streets, and parking options if you’re renting a car.  
  
Extra services like mid-stay cleanings can be arranged through our housekeeping team (available for an added fee). From the day you book to the day you check out, our guest relations team will be on hand to assist with anything you need.  
  
Please note: Upon check-in, you'll receive one energy-saving card attached to your apartment key. Kindly remove it from the holder whenever you leave the apartment, in support of our sustainability efforts.  
You’ll receive a Boarding Pass link after booking. Simply fill in your details under “Verify Me” to get access to check-in info, Wi-Fi details, local guides, and more.  
Please note that check-in instructions can only be shared once this requirement is fulfilled.

\*\*IMPORTANT\*\*: We strive to ensure efficient energy consumption within our community, thus promoting sustainability and cost-effectiveness. As such, we kindly remind you of the normal electricity consumption limits outlined below:  
  
\* Studio: 150 KWH per 25 days, with a daily limit of 6 KWH.  
\* 1 Bedroom: 200 KWH per 25 days, with a daily limit of 8 KWH.  
\* 2 Bedrooms: 250 KWH per 25 days, with a daily limit of 10 KWH.  
\* 3 Bedrooms: 375 KWH per 25 days, with a daily limit of 15 KWH.  
\* Villa: 500 KWH per 25 days, with a daily limit of 20 KWH.  
  
Should your consumption exceed these limits, a charge of 0.5 EUR per extra KWH will be applied daily.
