You will appreciate its exceptional location close to the village of Larmor-Plage, where you will find all the amenities you need: bakery, mini-market, wine shop, cheese shop and florist.   
You will be able to enjoy the magnificent beaches just a few minutes away, as well as bars and restaurants with sea views.   
  
This 35 square metre apartment can accommodate 2 people (1 bedroom).  
The apartment is on the second floor (no lift) of a small block of flats.   
  
It has:   
\- Lounge with sofa, coffee table and television.   
\- Dining area with dining table.   
\- Open-plan fitted and equipped kitchen (oven, fridge, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, kettle).  
\- Bedroom with bed (140 cm) and storage space.  
\- Shower room with toilet and washing machine.   
  
Outside:   
\- Terrace with table and chairs.   
\- Parking available in front of the residence.
