### Sunrise Serenity Country Escape

Situated in close proximity to some of the region's most cherished attractions, this country home offers a peaceful retreat conveniently close to the Brisbane Valley Rail Trail access, Willowbank Raceway, the historic town of Marburg, SEQ Dams and the famous Old Fernvale Bakery, known for its delectable pastries and freshly baked pies.  
  
This family-friendly country home offers the perfect backdrop both for relaxation and adventure, allowing guests the ideal base for creating lasting memories.  
  
The space  
The house less than 30 minutes from Wivenhoe Dam. There is off road parking for a boat.  
  
Our home has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and sleeps max 8 people. Bedroom 1, the master room has a queen bed, bedrooms 2 has two king single beds, bedrooms 3 &4 have two single beds in each room. Upon request, bedroom 2 can be converted to a super king bed.  
  
Guest access  
You have full access to everything in the house, the garden and the paddock.
