Unfortunately, our room had a lot of bugs. The man at the front desk was very accommodating and understanding. We did not stay a single night at this extended stay.

How do I start. Cockroaches. Cockroaches. Cockroaches. We used 2 spray cans of cockroach killer in our 7 day stay. On the 5th day we finally got ahead of them and had 2 free days of no roaches. Constantly spraying every crevise nock and cranny. The staff is super friendly and the rooms is spacious and a nice bed. Room is clean but the floor needs a good scrubbing. Our feet on the bottoms were black every morning. Easy parking and food is close by.

The Good - Price was ok. Location is great. Room layout is good. Parking is close to the room. We were not approached or bothered by anybody. Our vehicle was not tampered with. Air conditioner worked well. The Bad - Many long-term renters here that like to hang out outside their rooms and smoke cigarettes. Many shady types hanging around the area. Room and bedding smelled of smoke. Decor is dated and tired. Air conditioner was very loud. Hope I don't have to stay here again.

Good for the price
It was your typical low-cost, no frills place! Everything was clean, no bugs that i could see. AC worked great, tv had lots to choose from, the kitchenette was convenient and they even include their own pots/pans/dishes. Our bed was a little on the wonky side, but still very comfortable. We enjoyed our stay! There were a few sketchy people just hanging around outside, but they're easily ignored.

Floida Stay
This is my 4th trip staying at this hotel. Since I was there last permanent residents have moved in so the choice of room size was limited. Animals were never allowed and, in fact, the paperwork I signed when I checked in said they weren't allowed. However, there were several dogs being walked by their owners. In addition children and adults living there rode bicycles all over the property at all hours of the day & night. The property is kept really nice & clean but it is now more like an apartment complex instead of a hotel property.

Robert, thank you for your continued loyalty. Yes, you are correct, since covid hit back in early 2020 certain things have changed here at our hotel. We have loosened our stance on pets, and we defiantly have more families staying long term than we have in the past. Having told you that, since everything has opened up vis-à-vis covid, I am starting to see things slowly push back in the other direction. I don't know if it's ever going to completely go back to how it was, I just know that we had a lot more snowbirds and spring training baseball fans this year than we have in the past couple of year. Dirty, room had a bad smell - many people living there with unsupervised young children playing in the parking lot and riding their bikes - homeless people sleeping on a lawn chair by the elevator the first night I checked in - someone banged on my door the second night, did not feel safe - floor around toilet felt lose - sprayed room with Lysol many times could not get rid of the odor - would not stay again

NOT A PLACE TO TAKE YOUR MAMA or anyone you LOVE
The Staff were very friendly and courteous. The room was dated but clean. That's where the good ends! If you don't mind COCKROACHES. I saw 5 and Killed 3 please stay here. LOL. So glad my wife did not know or she would have freaked, stormed out and demand a full refund!!!!!!!! I would not recommend this hotel for anyone with a family or a romantic holiday. It appears that a lot of the guests are low income who homeless people who are put up here on the taxpayers dime. If you can.......................Stay Away.

I checked with no issues and was greeted with a clean room with a cracked tile foor and old cheap shower enclosure. I did not complain and decided to accept the room. The first night of my stay there was a party of four or more going on in the room next to me. I put in ear plugs to attempt to sleep. I dozed off hete and there but the party got louder. Finally I could not take the yelling any longer so I contacted hotel security. The noise calmed down briefly and I fell asleep. An hour later I woke up to the noise of someone being thrown into the room's party wall. At this point the party had turned really ugly. I sincerely feared for my own safety and called 911. Thank God the police arrived and over the next hour they interviewed whomever was still there amd made arrests. When the pice left at 5am or so, so did I. I returned when the office opened at 8am, recounted my experience; and was told I would get a fulk refund. it took over a week for management to authorize a refund via Expedia but I was stil charged for the night of Hell I experienced. This mgt does NOT know how to run a business.

I have never stayed at a motel where you have people hanging out weather they stay or not.too me it was not a place that I would have my kids stay there.there was no thought of other people staying there as I had to find out what the policy was about loud music playing at three in the morning.i Don't think that we should have to pay for coffee as most motels have it in the rooms.i really think that you all should just see how this place is.

Because we are an extended stay hotel we have a number of different types of guests. Some only stay a night or two, some stay week by week and some lived here and have for months, in some cases years. Because of this we do sometimes take the feel of an apartment more then a hotel. The stay was great and the rooms were clean but other than the 2 roaches I seen it was good. I would recommend if you need a place to stay for a week this is the place to go.

We had a good stay Great location to everything Staff was friendly We only had one problem we had roaches in our room We stayed last year and had no problems at all this year its like management changed or ownership or something The smell of drugs being smoked and the amount of shady homeless looking people increased not a vacationing hotel any more more like a shelter for homeless people Our friends were woken up with a nightly drug deal going down Next year looking for another location

Terrible Stay!
Would never stay here again, very unkept, asked for a non-smoking room and our room stunk like marijuana and cigarettes. Pretty sure there was dried blood on the walls and saw cockroaches. Police patrolling the parking lot at night. DO NOT recommend Only positive was the friendliness of the front desk staff.

I booked this property from August 10-16 from the outside it looked good. But the people who stay there are drug addicts. We drove up and saw a man nodding off and then ducking behind the property as we where approaching our room. I saw several drug addicts. It was like a methadone clinic. Apparently they were on drugs. I saw drifters and homeless people. It was so scary. Immediately I ask to cancel my reservations. The front desk guy understood and apologized. The room smelled of smoke even though I booked non smoking. It was so tiny with a kitchen. The sink was dirty. The place had roaches in the sink. Stay away!

There was roaches in our room. We PAID for a room with a queen bed and received a room with a full bed that had cigarette burns all over bedding. Literally the most disgusting hotel I’ve been to. They didn’t not come clean, change bedding, or bring new towels in the 4 days we were there.

the hotel was nice, only a half an hour drive from clearwater or indian rocks beach. the rooms were clean. it does look like people live at this hotel, everyone was friendly and we felt safe.

We have stayed here before because it is close to family. Never again. The room had a stale smoke smell. The floor clearly had not been cleaned in awhile because when we wiped it, it came away black with dirt. Gap around the door let in various bugs. Last straw was the 6 police cars out front in the morning and 1 still there in afternoon. Beware.
