This was the dirtiest places I have ever stayed. Never again, the Lobby was nice and the staff was kind at check in. The rest, went down hill from there. The room was filthy, the floors turned my socks black. They only had a swiffer on the maids cart. They had holes in the wall, mold in the showers and no heat . And bugs at the end of December in Wyoming is unheard of, but they were in the room. I would not recommend staying here even if you are on a budget.

Hotel was in terrible disrepair. Not just old, falling apart, and dirty. I had to eat the cost of the second night so I could go somewhere else where I could bathe in a shower without mold. Hotel staff acted as if we were an inconvenience.

This property was in terrible condition. Not sure what was happening with hotel prices the night we stopped but it would’ve been worth the extra $100 to stay elsewhere. Our door looked like it had been kicked in at some point and the deadbolt was just hanging by a single nail. The room was also pretty dirty. When we checked in, there were other folks in the lobby reporting other problems: the water was out, their phones to call to the lobby were missing cords etc. Just skip this place.

Hotel is in grave state of disrepair. Baseboard heater. was broken. Tile broken in shower. Door jam broken out by door latch and lock (looked like someone had kicked the door in). The phone did not have a cord to plug into the wall. When I went to shower the water was shut off. Water was back on in about an hour. Headboard was not attached to the bed or the wall so every time you moved while in bed the headboard would bang against the wall. And the was a soccer tournament in town so the room rate was jacked way up. $114 for one night!

Would not recommend
If I could rate this a minus 0 it would still be a better rate then it deserves. The doors looked like they were kicked in. No heat in the room. Cold air came out from the sides of the air-conditioner, the light switches were broke on the lamps, tile falling off in the bath tub. 8x8 water stains on the ceilings. No ceiling lights. Beds detached from the frames. Oversized bed shirts to where you tripped over them. Bathtub was very slick. Also the restaurant served our meal with hair in it. Disgusting.

The staff is amazing here Perry, who's the night time? Clark is awesome, very courteous, very kind, very helpful. I before like most of the staff. They do a great job on keeping the place clean, it is a nice place. To stay and the coffee is always hot all around-the-clock.

Seemed unsafe. Lock was easily pulled off the door. Bed had a hole underneath - looked like a hiding spot. The bed was not comfortable. The bath faucet took a lot of work to turn on, we were not comfortable trying it again after the first attempt. This place needs updates for sure.

Got to room tried to turn up thermostat would not get warm outside temp 18 inside temp 55-60. Called desk and she said heat is a water broiler system and as it get colder outside it will get warmer inside..NOT..got an extra blanket from my truck which was parked in back parking lot where I could see it from window, a person un a beat-up van was back there and seemed to be living in it. Building outside and inside not appealing. In the 2 hours I was there no other vehicles arrived to check in. Left the key and grabbed my stuff and left.

Very outdated, not a nice stay
We were rudely greeted because we booked online and even though we requested a ground floor room, we were told too bad because we booked online and they had no control. The hallway and room were very outdated and paint was everywhere. The counters in bathroom were peeling, the walls had spotty paint. The furniture had paint splashes all over them. The main outlet in room didn’t work so we didn’t have lights by the beds. The toilet ran all night and the bathroom tub dripped water constantly. Not the best stay, especially for what it cost us.

My room had only 1 of 4 working lights. A/C stopped working making the room stuffy. They didn’t give me a receipt at the end of my stay (I left after one night, it was that bad) and they said the manager was the only one that could check me out because I was leaving early. The from Not desk person said that the manager would do it later, I have yet (a week later) to receive the bill so I have no idea if I was charged the second night. This was a terrible rooom and experience. I was also given a room with two beds and had reserved a king bed. Terrible all the way around

1 the whole property is rundown and needs demolished. 2 upon checkin I had to turn my phone flashlight on to go up the stairs which looked like a murder scene!! Who knows what the nasty stains were but I have a pretty good idea. 3 the door to my room looked like it had been kicked in and repaired multiple times. I went back to front desk and demanded a refund. I was told that they don't do refunds and received a different room. 4 the 2nd room I got was terribly dirty, sink, shower, toilet and TV we're bad. 5 I left without staying. Totally unsafe property. RUN FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!! WORST HOTEL IVE EVER SEEN!!!

Bed was comfortable, clean. Shower was in awful condition. Not sure if mold in grout or just dirty. There was garbage in the garbage can in the bathroom that hadn’t been taken out.

Our reservation was cancelled for overbooking but we’re still able to get a different room. The room was decent cleaned but there was trash and food in the halls and the air conditioner didn’t get cool

Avoid. Do not stay.
A completely run down hotel. This should not be open any longer until it is brought back up to standard. Broken windows, peeling paint, missing gutters, torn curtains, and super strong smell of cleaner, trying to cover something up. Not fit for operation. Went back to the front desk refused to stay and asked for our money back.

They should be ashamed to even have this place open! The hair that lined the walls and the bathtub and bugs in the room, the heater hanging off the wall. The door wouldn’t lock, the chain was broken on the door to even use that. You could see daylight around the entire door. No rooms available to switch to. Our family member rented one down the hall and said theirs was just as disgusting. A renter by the hour would’ve been grossed out! NO STARS! WOULDNT RECOMMEND TO AN ENEMY!!!

Avoid this hotel, I believe this hotel this on the verge of going out of business due to the lack of FF&E deferred maintenance and upkeep. The paint job in our room 128 was faded an outdated, there were marks all over the bathroom walls and door. I’ve been in cleaner rooms in third world countries much nicer than this Travelodge.

Staff was really nice and helpful. Hotel itself might be the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Condition of everything was awful. Door was rattling and looked like it had been broken into recently. Everything was very dirty. The kind of place you do t want to take your shoes off.

Property was falling apart front the outside to the inside. The front panel of the baseboard heater in our room was falling off. There was an entire lite or vent fixture missing in the bathroom. The side entrances could be entered by anyone off the street. Most hotels restrict access to unmanned entrances but not these guys. The halls smell and the carpets are beyond help. I will say our room appeared to have some effort put into upgrading and was comfortable enough, until we woke up and tried to take a shower and the knob for the shower was broken. How would house keeping not have known this if they are cleaning? If they did and reported it why was it not fixed prior to the room being rented again. One other thing I learned is that I will never book a room with a hotel that emphasizes that you are only able to obtain refunds through corporate approval, because that should of been my first clue that this hotel was inadequate and that this is all too common of a request. The dead bolt on our door did not work, further adding to the feeling that this hotel does not care about the security of it's guests. The head board on one of the beds was loose and when you movedit would hit the wall. There was no electric outlets that were accessible near the beds. The staff that we encountered was courtious enough.

There is no complementary breakfast as advertised. The room needed some attention in regards to cleanliness. While there, there was little to no TV service. We watch the game show channel the whole time...it's the only channel that worked.
