A comfortable home that features a private backyard with a deck for grilling and hanging out. The kitchen is fully equipped for those family gatherings that seem to bring out the chef in everyone. Many activities make this home a fun stop over. The garage can be used as a rec room or for parking. The garage is great for playing ping pong or throwing darts while watching the game. Play a game of cornhole or one of several board games if that's not your thing. The living room is cozy and has a TV, PS5, and an HDMI input on the console so you can bring your own gaming system or streaming platform. Also includes a Bowflex Max Trainer for those looking for a quick workout. A ring doorbell is present on the front door and has a wireless chime inside the home. The home is situated on the edge of town with secluded street parking available on the side that can accommodate larger trailers. We came to Laramie for a wedding proposal, engagement party, and Independence Day. The home was very clean, well stocked, well organized. Even to the point that the light switches were labeled. That was AWESOME from my husband's point of view as a license electrician. :-D Home had plenty of room for sitting indoor and outdoor.
