Room smelled like pet urine. (Manager did offer to switch rooms) Very noisy middle of the night with loud hotel guests at floor above. Random dog barking late night, resolved after contacting front desk.

The property was easy to find yet a little off the heavy traffic areas. It had snowed and the parking lot was plowed early. It was a great property to navigate.

The people at the hotel were very kind and accommodating. The people in general in Laramie are about as nice as you will find anywhere. Great place to visit. Very clean hotel with a good breakfast and healthy options. Would definitely not hesitate to stay here again!

Great location just off the freeway. Only complaint is it would be nice if the large truck parking area had a bigger entrance/exit or a second entrance/exit onto the main street. Parking my rig was a bit of a challenge.

Toilet Issues
The room was clean and comfortable. Check-in was smooth and the front desk staff was very nice. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of variety. Our only issue was with the toilet. It wouldn’t flush properly. The front desk was able to provide us a plunger but that didn’t fix the issue. We tried not to use/flush it as much as possible during our stay.
