### Affordable Beach View Condo, near Mactan Airport

Visiting here in Cebu, for your vacation or staycation this pandemic, the place to be is here in The Mactan Newtown, a community by the beach. The place is close to everything, from banks, restaurants, coffee shops, grocery stores and spa.  
  
A 15-20 minutes drive from the Mactan International airport, the place has a very easy access for transportation.  
  
The place offers an outdoor pool and kids pool. On for a vacation or for a business trip, this is the best place to be.  
The space  
We are close to Starbucks and Shopwise grocery store. We also have money changer in the area. Spa and many more.  
Guest access  
Horizon edge swimming pool and Outdoor Dining area. Childrens playground. Spacious lobby.  
Other things to note  
Mactan Newtown Beach is 8-10 minutes walk from the area. Entrance fee for the beach is 200 pesos per person.  
  
We can include your beach use for free, kindly message me after confirmed booking for the free beach pass. Except bookings made on weekends.
