Arrived at hotel, to be told by mineral receptionist David, that we had not got a reservation there , even though I had print out and all necessary paperwork from Expedia.
David didn't speak good English, so expected us to call Expedia and sort this ourselves.
Finally, it was sorted and we were given 'the last available room , 224'.
We had arrived at 20.15, but it took till 21.45 to finally get our room key.
By now we were very upset, and hungry.
Restaurant shut at 21.00 , so we had to go without food, even though we were all inclusive, so first day wasted.
Room was very basic, not particularly clean, and although we had asked for a room with a sea view, as we were celebrating my husbands birthday.....instead, from our bedroom window we had a view of a tree, and from the front we had a view of reception.
Food was very poor, and repetitive.
Drinks were served in plastic cups, meal times were not good either, evening being 7-9, which we thought was quite late for people with small children.
On our last day we had breakfast, but had to check out at 11, and have our wristbands cut off. Our all inclusive stopped then, even though we weren't leaving til 3.
The only plus for this apartment complex was the position to the sea front and shops.
Really disappointed and upset by the way we were treated and would not return or recommend to friends.
